Horrible customer service. Technician pulled up and drove away after I drive 45 minutes across town. I called the main number and the receptionist was RUDE and cut me off after I explained the issue. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! If a company has policies in place they should clearly notify the client prior to just canceling. Reading through some of the other reviews I understand why this company has a low rating. Ask a lot of questions up front or save yourself the disappointment.

Came out to my home quickly after a plumbing emergency! Fred was my technician and he was very polite and did a great job fixing my sink.

Uriel was very professional and prompt with his service. He was able to clear our pipes of roots and debris saving us thousands of dollars. We’ll eventually have to replace the pipes; however, it’s not a urgent. We will definitely hire Pure Plumbing and specifically Uriel again for any of our plumbing needs.

The tech was punctual and did a good job and was in an out pretty quick. All the problem was that the thermostat needed a new battery and he could have charged his $85 service call just for replacing a battery but he did other things for the heater maintaining it which I thought was pretty cool. Sergio came out, looked at the leak under our sink from the garbage disposal, and replaced the garbage disposal. He explained everything to me, was courteous, and made sure everything was cleaned when finished. It was a good experience overall.

Until today these folks rated 5 stars from me. I called them, explained exactly the problem. They sent out a plumber who said he was not interested in replacing my water heater circulation pump. In case this was a one-off visit from a sleepy apprentice, I called to check with the office. She agreed. Must be contagious and has spread throughout the company. DOA.

I scheduled a routine water heater maintenance check for a unit that was installed in 2003. Up to this point I have not had the unit serviced and I was worried about the age given I live in a Condoplex. Upon inspection it was obvious to me that my water heater was on the verge of failure and if it leaked it would cause serious problems to both my unit and my neighbors units (Home Owners does not cover damage from Water Heaters). The call move from a maintenance call to a full blown replacement on Friday afternoon; unfortunately, this job would become one of if it could go wrong it would go wrong. First the new similar sized water heater would not fit into the space (very tight fit given being a condo), so they had to bring a new one on Saturday that was smaller and would fit. Once it was installed it did not appear to be functioning so they thought the unit was defective, but apparently the old emergency shut off collapsed and was blocking the supply. So they had to shut off water to half the complex to replace that part. Once fixed they were able to complete the installation and complete the swap out.I rated this job a five (I rarely do reviews) because this was a perfect example of a how a straight forward job turned into a nightmare job for both myself and Frymire. But they stuck with it and saw the job through to completion on a Saturday none the less. Highly recommend.

Fantastic service, I've had them out a few times over the last couple of years. Friendly, professional, and highly knowledgeable about the ends and out of the profession. There's only a handful of people I trust working in my home and they are definitely at the top of the list. I would recommend their services to anyone that wants a dedicated professional plumber. Scheduled a plumbing appt for Thurs. Entire day went by with no tech. Received a call late in day from dispatch asking if we could reschedule for Friday. We selected the morning window (8-noon). It’s 4:30 pm now. We have called in several times today to get updates. Really rough customer service.We just cut bait and scheduled another plumber.
