Our technician was GREAT! Explained everything that was wrong, and talked us through everything the entire time he was in our home. The company was able to send someone out within an hour and a half of my call.

Jay was the plumber and he showed up ahead of schedule, immediately found the problem & while he uninstalled the old faucet, I ran up to Home Depot and bought a new faucet, which he then installed. He also noticed that my dishwasher was not connected to the cabinets properly and graciously offered to mount it correctly. He was patient, super friendly and if I ever need a plumber again, I’ll be giving Tribeca Plumbing a call and requesting Jay as my plumber. Thanks for all your help, Jay!

Uriel Arriaga came out to clean our washing machine drain line. He was courteous and very professional, exactly the type of service tech you want to use. He assessed the situation quickly and presented us with different options to solve the problem. He worked quickly, cleared the drain and was on his way. This is my second experience with this company and both have been highly satisfactory.

I called for someone to check out a water heater issue, which turned out to be a minor problem and quick fix. The technician was generous enough to ask if any other issues needed to be fixed while he was here so we didn’t waste our service fee. Our guest toilet would spontaneously run for a few seconds, otherwise it worked and he made the repairs to fix it. Unfortunately, the next day the toilet was leaking, which happens no big deal. We turned off the water and called the following morning to tell the office about the issue and were told that someone will be out that day to fix it and to wait for a call. I received no call and called 3 times and was told someone was on the way but would be later in the day each time. Until 5pm I received an email saying that my appointment was rescheduled to the following day. I called the office that night to express my displeasure with being told to wait around an entire day and miss work for someone to come and to have them not come. I told them my wife was staying home from work tomorrow so please don’t waste our time again. And they assured me someone will be there. Same thing happens the next day. No show and no call, followed by random email saying appointment moved to tomorrow. I called them and expressed how frustrated I was with the entire experience and how this is a problem they caused and they should have some urgency to come fix it and instead they made us miss two days of work and never called. I told them to cancel my appointment and I would pay for someone else to come fix their mistake because at this point it isn’t about the money, it’s about the unreliable service. The cherry on top was two days later I get another random email saying my appointment was rescheduled for the following day, now 5 days after my original request. Clearly no clue what is going on and just terrible service.

A fantastic plumbing company. Everyone that came to our home was incredibly polite and professional. We had a foundation slab leak, and it was completely fixed just one day after they identified where it was coming from. I cannot stress enough how friendly each person was, from the plumbers to the office staff that answered the phones. They even took the time to explain to me what they needed to do each step along the way. We will definitely be keeping them in our contacts for any time we need plumbing in the future.

When our AC system died, Will and Alex were on the job to get us cool. While we waited two days for the replacement units to get in, Will and Alex brought in chillers to keep us comfortable until the install was complete. I appreciated their professionalism and quick response. They were both polite and informative and kept me apprised of the progress all through the project. They were also very conscience of our animals in the house and made sure they did not escape. Thank you guys!

Our Milestone technician, Johnnie Sanchez, was very thorough with the AC inspection. He was efficient, extremely kind, and knowledgeable. .

Texas winter fiasco of 2021 and we had Joe with Plumbing 101 of DFW, rescue our renters from a water pipe that flooded the house. He scheduled us and fixed up the leak after-hours so the family could have running water. We are very grateful for his time and his professionalism. Other plumbers told us it would be a week or more before they could come out. Plumbing 101 of DFW provided us with up front service call, estimate and completed the job all within one day!

I had Walker Heating and air conditioning come to my house for repairs. The first time they replaced a part in my attic and exiting they broke my stairs in the hallways. They sent their repairman out and it was repaired. I called them recently because water was leaking from my bedroom ceiling. The man could not find the leak but I still paid $80 for a service call but got nothing for my money. A second repairman came out 2 days ago and he immediately spotted the problem. He showed me the PVC pipe, about 5 ft. long. It was split badly. When the repairman exited the attic he broke the stairs a second timeThe total charge this time was &150. He was there less than 1hr. I feel I was charged for a second service call and was left with broken stairs. Both guys I liked.

I want to point out the professionalism with Daz and the hard work and commitment they present through their work. A friend I ask for repair advise recommend the company. He said he used them. He knew they folks, and was a family owned company. Honest people he said. I have to agree with my friend. Most times I get a plumber out. They want to send a camera in and try to tell me I have broke pipes. Its been 20 years now since the first time and the Pipes still work. These folk showed up on the time they said they would. fixed my drain issues. charged the fee they quoted, and did not try to sell me something I did not need. I may need to clean my pipes once a year or so but as long as it works i am not digging up under my house trying to fix it. They got my future business. I added the number to my phone.
