Beware this is a scam they are going to try and scam you.
I was appalled when they call you and slowly try and tell you the charges in a few thousand dollars for something it would Have costed them $200 at the tops.

Will be the first guys I call for future plumbing work. I had an emergency, they got here quick, they treated it like an emergency, and diagnosed a difficult issue PDQ. And then fixed it without costing me an arm & a leg. Good folks all around.

I have had Hooper Plumbing and A/C as part of my home maintenance team for over 15 years. They have helped me through backed up plumbing, frozen pipes, broken hot water heaters and general maintenance on my home and rental properties I had. I think this company and the people they hire are the top of their class.

I discovered a clogged kitchen sink over Christmas. I called Reeves this morning and got an answer almost immediately. Thankfully they had some appointments today and the crew (JC I believe) showed up on time, as scheduled. They quickly diagnosed the issue and removed the clog. Fast and easy. I had a great experience and will use Reeves for any future plumbing issues at my home.

Overall, lost trust. I had a large project that involved rerouting the sewer line plumbing in two areas of the house. One of the plumbers cut a hole through the outside brick to install a pipe. In doing so, he cut out part of my rim joist (left it lying in the bushes) and cut right through the corner studs where two load-bearing walls come together. The dangling studs were hanging above the pipe. There was already considerable damage in the wall due to leaking plumbing. When I confronted the company about it, they sent out a plumber to discuss correcting the situation.The representative said I didn't have weight on either load bearing wall in that corner. He didn't see an issue. That wasn't true. One wall was holding up my roof gable. After time, there would be sagging and those dangling studs would probably break the pipe directly under them.That's when I lost faith in the company. Herndon McFarland Plumbing was very courteous and professional until I had this issue. Since it was my word against the representative, I ended up paying another plumber to install the correct 45 angle pipe outside instead of their 90 degree angle pipe and then reroute the plumbing inside the house. This allowed us to frame the corner and replace the rim joist.

Mario was fantastic! He was so responsive and attentive to us. We have had major plumbing issues since we moved in, and he was so helpful in getting our pipes fixed and replaced in a timely manner.

These guys redid my gas lines. Very professional considerate and very hard workers I don't want anybody else messing with my Plumbing my gas lines or anything unless it's Daz Plumbing

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.We scheduled an appointment to have a shower leak located and assessed. We received an email quoting $59 assessment fee. When the workers arrived, (one who appeared to be stoned or drunk) they stood staring at our shower. They ran no tests, and never even so much as turned anything on. After about three minutes, they went back to the truck to get some stuff, and pricing. The one worker who was NOT under the influence, returned to say it would be $400 per hour for them to run tests. This was never mentioned in the email quote we received. When we presented the evidence of the quote we were told that $59 was only an evaluation fee. How you can accurately evaluate anything without performing any actual work is beyond me. Perhaps Flow Plumbing employees psychic plumbers? Regardless, this entire organization are absolute crooks. DO NOT waste your time or money.
