A work assistant did a google search to find this company with a high star rating. They arrived within 2 hours, assessed the issue with state of art equipment and proposed a bid that a trusted plumber friend who lives outside the area agreed was reasonable.

Hooper plumbing fixed our leak so fast! They were committed in helping us, extremely professional, courteous, respectful and most of all knowledgeable when communicating the plumbing problem. I would recommend hooper plumbing to anyone in a heartbeat!

Don't recommend for large jobs. Started our gas leak fix then because of poor communication and scheduling couldn't come back for almost a full week to finish the job. Had to get someone else to come do it sooner and this plumber found their diagnosis of needing to replace the entire backyard line was in correct and saved us thousands. Unprofessional and poor quality work. They never owned up to this mistake- owner made excuses instead of being humble.

called their emergency number during the holidays, after hours. their phone service seems pretty professional as it gets you to an operator that helps get the information for the service. the operator contacted the on call service tech and he called within 30 min. Came right out to our house and helped us with our sewer stoppage issue. Wade was super nice very professional. Since it was during the holidays after hours, we felt pretty bad but he was really nice and made the whole process really easy.

AAA Auger was great! They fit us in on the same day despite their very busy schedule. Dan was great! He found the blockage & took care of the issue & he also checked the house for any other issues. He helped with our slow drain in the bathroom sink which has been a problem for a while now. He also made suggestions on how to prevent blockages in the future. I highly recommend them & we will use them again if any other plumbing problems come up.

This has to be the worst experience I've ever had with a plumbing company. All I needed was a simple shut off valve replaced but the tech tried to up sale me with over $2400 of unnecessary work before he would do anything. He then charged me $149 for the trip after I refused the $2400 deal. I tried to get the matter resolved with the office by phone and email but to date, have not had a response. I would not recommend this company for any work. They are a complete ripoff.
