Thank you so much for your work at my mothers home. We greatly appreciate a company that carry’s on the tradition started by their Father Bill Cody. The legacy passed down as Cody and Sons took care of our mother just like their Dad use to back in the day of Arcadia Park on 1219 N.Morocco St.When my Mami asked me if I thought Bill Cody and Sons would remember her because that’s who she wanted me to call . I asked my older brother Rudy Villarreal Jr for advice on what to do . He said call/text Randy he will remember . My brother was right !Thank you again for helping our mother at such an emotional time of her life, dealing with her feelings of the loss of our Father.I sense both our dads, yours and ours watch us from heaven and are pleased with what they see..??❤️

Daryl Miller set everything up and did a great job. Ali Saadawi has been running point and has fixed or installed several things around our house. We are very happy with how efficient and punctual they are. They even brought their boss Rick over and introduced me to him. Nice guy and a great company. The laundry sink they installed as well as the pot filler are great upgrades to any home

Good service, reasonable prices.

Don't recommend for large jobs. Started our gas leak fix then because of poor communication and scheduling couldn't come back for almost a full week to finish the job. Had to get someone else to come do it sooner and this plumber found their diagnosis of needing to replace the entire backyard line was in correct and saved us thousands. Unprofessional and poor quality work. They never owned up to this mistake- owner made excuses instead of being humble.

24 HR Emergency Plumber Dallas INC installed a new water heater for us, saved us from no water weekend. I was happy to have a plumber I can call anytime and they show up almost immediately.

Mai Plumbing's employee stole my fine jewelry while working for Mai at my home. Mai admits this. Mai will not pay for the cost of replacement. MAI IS NOT BONDED. Mai failed to drug test and hired or retained a drug addict as a plumber's assistant. Then the plumber left him alone in my bedroom. The drug addict stole my fine jewelry. This was unknown to me for a few weeks. When it was discovered, Mai was contacted and it was learned the assistant the day after working at my home robbed two other customers. He was caught red handed. Mai never contacted me at that time to let me know to check my belongings (even to be sure the guy had not stole our spare house keys). As a result, to date despite working with Dallas PD, I have been advised there is virtually no hope for recovery of my items. The value was $20,000.00 roughly. On November 29, 2018 Mai informed me that it would not reimburse me for my loss, it had prayed about it and the Lord would not find them at fault (yes for real). I was told had to file a lawsuit if I wanted to recover because of its employee's theft. Mai admits its employee stole but refuses to replace the items taken.We paid Mai to rob us.

Steve arrived right on time and quickly found the problem. I would recommend them to anyone that has a plumbing problem.

Two new outside Carrier Infinity AC units and three new Infinity thermostats -- the third controlling a previously installed Carrier AC/furnace. Wow, the difference in cooling and dehumidifying is remakable! Our home is much more comfortable now that the new components are installed. Especially surprising, the older AC/Furnace system works much better simply because of the new Carrier Infinity thermostat. Thank you Dallas Plumbing and our very knowedgeable sales person, John Pockrus!

Frederick was my plumber technician. My toilet was stoped up due to weeds in the pipes. I only have one bathroom which made this repair a high priority. He worked very hard to clear them & get my toilet working properly. He was very knowledgeable, explained each step clearly & most of all reassuring that he could fix it. I was very impressed & had no doubt about what he had to do. He also carefully explained the charges. While the necessity of the visit I was very pleased with the overall experience. He was the best!

I I needed a plumber on the weekend..... Howard came and it didn't take him long to fix...Jis rate was reasonable...even for the weekend....

While they arrived quickly and were honest, their service people are not allowed to go onto anyone's roof, even though many clogs can only be fixed from the roof, or by digging up my yard for thousands of dollars. I was not notified of this restriction before I committed a down payment for the service call. Had I been warned, I would have looked elsewhere since the last time I had a clog, the plumber got on the roof to fix it.

We sent in a few pics and had a quick chat and got an estimate the same day. 3 days later we are all done. Many hours less than what we imagined Sonny and the whole gang are great!

This is the third time that I have used DAZ Plumbing and, once again, I was greatly impressed! They had someone come out the day I called, and Keenan was very courteous, professional and hard-working! He got the job done and did it well! Thanks again!

$400 for a 2x2x4 hole and they couldn't find the leak. Got a estimate of $2500 to run a new line. Found another guy that charged me $700 to finish the job with a 2x4x4 hole in the same spot and repaired the line which was 3 feet down. For simple plumbing in the house, they can do the job at $120/hr and a $65 trip charge. Will not be using them again.
