I can't say enough about Metro Flow Plumbing. We had them out to replace a kitchen faucet today. RJ was right on time, and we even received a text with his picture before he arrived. He took all the items under the sink out and put everything back when he completed the job. Everything was left clean and tidy. He did a great job installing the facet. We will certainly have them out again, next time we need a plumber. I highly recommend them.

Came out and were upfront with my issues, fixed the problem and were quick. When a good plumber is harder and harder to find, these guys did a good job and seemed very straight forward. Even apologized for being a bit off with scheduling. Recommend for business and residential needs.

Like many others, we found ourselves with a broken pipe due to the freeze. We contacted Reeves and were able to get someone out the next day. Two courteous and professional men arrived and made quick work of the repair. They were masked, and even used plastic covers on their shoes to keep from tracking the snow into the house. Reeves has my highest personal recommendation.

These plumbers are very professional. They were courteous, responsive, and got the job done. I will definitely hire them again. They located the part that failed and replaced it for me right away. I totally recommend what they do.

Chad from Accurate Leak is great. Very honest, showed up on time, and provided a timely report. I had a previous plumber out to check the lines for a foundation warranty transfer, the previous plumber indicated that I may have a sewer line leak. Chad showed up and tested the home and found out that only the clean out pipe (used by the plumbers to check the pipes) had a crack in it. No issues with any of the lines underneath the foundation. Chad went above and beyond...saving me a lot of money!

Called to ask about installing a gas log fireplace insert. Was quoted $99 for the first 30 minutes and $50 each additional 30 minutes. No estimate of the amount of time it would take. This is just the labor fee. Sounds like gouging to me. Will not be using them.

I have used this company 3 times now after a referral from my insurance company. All 3 plumbers have been very experienced and efficient. However, I came here to write a review for Peter. He diagnosed and repaired a complex problem with tankless water heaters and recirculating pumps that a few other companies didn’t even think to check. He immediately saw the problem, double checked himself with the management, and proceeded to perfectly fix the problem. After months of troubleshooting, one quick visit from Peter and it was a done deal. Thanks Peter and AAA auger. You’ve got my business from now on.

Our water heater was leaking pretty bad and it was already late in the evening and I was a bit frantic since my husband was at work. My husband sent me the information to call since he had seen that they responded at any time, 24/7. Jason answered right away and came straight to the house (even during a random and crazy thunderstorm). He was able to get everything solved that night and came back first thing in the morning to install a new water heater. He did all of the work and I didn’t have to feel stressed about picking a water heater or worrying about other things. He took care of everything.Very honest, professional, reliable, cares about customers and makes them the priority. I will definitely give this company a call if I need anything else!

Horrible customer service skills will not answer phone or texts and lie on his workers for things that he hasn’t done.

First off, I never leave reviews. However, it'd be an act of injustice if I didn't leave one for Joe. In the midst of a confusing and trying time due to the winter storm and subsequent flooding, Joe came out promptly and provided a level of professionalism and care that goes far beyond the call of duty. I was treated not as a customer but as a family member as he went out of his way to be helpful. Thank you Joe. You have made what would otherwise be a miserable situation bearable.

My AC unit started having a hard time cooling the house at the warmest part of the day. The first company I had look at the problem immediately told me the unit was unrepairable and had to be replace. When I spoke with Walker Air about getting a second estimate for a new system they immediately offered to come by and give me a second opinion on my existing unit. The tech, Mark, arrived right on time and quickly diagnosed the problem as a bad capacitor, not a failing unit. I really appreciated the honest and ethical service I received from Mark and the entire Walker team. When the day does come that I need a new AC unit I will be going to them for the replacement.

DAZ Plumbing fixed the control valve on the water heater. DAZ plumbing had the hot water back on quickly and efficiently. Thank you, we will rely on you for all our household plumbing needs.

When my old toilet tank cracked and then broke flooding the bathroom and kitchen. I called a few plumbers. The one I scheduled with ended up with a bigger all day job and had to reschedule for the next day. I really needed to get a replacement and a new cutoff valve. The old valve was non functional and we had to turn off the water to our whole house.So I did a Google and Yelp search and submitted a job request on Yelp for LeFevers' Plumbing they replied within 10 minutes and their estimate was very fair and reasonable. The technician kept me informed of everything going on and after talking briefly about the new toilet I opted for one that was $50 extra. No surprises on the bill. The job was completed with the estimated as quoted plus the upgrade that I chose.We are very happy with the work they did. Thank you Mr. LeFever and Lee who worked so hard to get us taken care of.
