Had a minor plumbing emergency and called late in the day. Jay was able to get out to our house at 6:30 am the next morning to help us replace a valve in our shower and stop a major leak. PRO TIP: know how to turn the water off to your house at the street level so you can prevent major damage if you ever have a major emergency. Thanks Jay and Tribeca.

We used Reeves for the first time during the long freeze when our previous plumber wouldn’t even return our call. They repaired several burst pipes and replaced our tankless water heater.I will most definitely continue to use Reeves and have given their name to 2 friends who have used them. Juan was very knowledgeable, helpful, and went out of his way for us.They arrived when they said they would.

Wonderful service delivery! I called them late one afternoon and three guys from 24 HR Emergency Plumber Dallas INC showed up right on time the next morning. They fixed a couple of leaks on different faucets and left immediately they were done.

My wife and & I were very comfortable with their analysis and explanation of our problem. The quote was reasonable and the work started shortly after we accepted their quote. Frederick was my plumber technician. My toilet was stoped up due to weeds in the pipes. I only have one bathroom which made this repair a high priority. He worked very hard to clear them & get my toilet working properly. He was very knowledgeable, explained each step clearly & most of all reassuring that he could fix it. I was very impressed & had no doubt about what he had to do. He also carefully explained the charges. While the necessity of the visit I was very pleased with the overall experience. He was the best!

Everyone I encountered at this company was a pure delight to work with. It was scary to need extensive plumbing work but this team was courteous, prompt, CLEAN and very kind and respectful. The owner even came out when I had a question about a subsequent issue and scheduled the repair right away. They had to dig up an area of my patio and I was pleased with the way they matched my patio stone when they replaced it. They also did a great job protecting my shrubs and replanting them.

I highly recommend Joe and Plumbing 101! Always does such a great job and unlikely previous services I've used before he is not out to try to find mysterious add-ons. Always honest, he will find the issue, give you a more than reasonable quote and then perform the repair to perfection. Couldn't be happier with his work, highly highly recommend him.
