After dealing with AC issues for far too long and getting ghosted by another tech, I called Cody & Sons (who answered on a holiday) and they sent someone out super quickly! Tony explained what he did to fix everything and even cleaned up after himself, which was not expected by any means but appreciated!I signed up for the maintenance membership and it's so nice to have working AC!!!Thanks again for becoming my HVAC crew :)

I have used Hooper for decades. They are always excellent. The past visit was extraordinary in that Eric was in and out in less than an hour, performed multiple tasks, was fast efficient and on time. They are the best.

Very disappointed with the presentation of fees. We were told it would be a $55 service fee to evaluate the problem and $48 for every 15 minutes plus cost of materials to fix anything. The technician wasn’t even here for 10 minutes and didn’t even figure out what the the problem was. Just saying, we had two other companies come out and they were able to evaluate the problem and give us options. This Tech clearly didn’t care to do his job and charged us over $100 for a wrong evaluation. His name tag said John but he didn’t even introduce himself.

James' qualifications and experience helped me have peace of mind in resolving a repair that I thought was going to cost me an arm and leg. After inspection of various area of my home , James of DIAL ONE, found and fixed the problem. The cost was reasonable but most important, James, left me in a better frame of mind.

We used Walker in 2011 when we moved and needed new HVAC systems. They installed 2 units and did a great job. We have maintained an annual service contract and used them for any service repairs. They typically are able to get me on the schedule within a day or two.

I called Baker Brothers when our business was having plumbing issues. They sent Jesse out in a timely manner. He was professional and courteous. He worked hard to find the problem and fix it. He also gave us recommendations on how to circumvent the same problem in the future. We were very satisfied.

We just bought a home in Far North Dallas. One of the pipes behind the house was letting off water and a neighbor called to complain.We made one call to J National, they had a rep out the same day. Needless to say tyey found the leak and did a speedy repair. We are considering using them for our remodel. I guess its to be continued.......
