Tank Yankers Plumbing did a great job installing my new tankless hot water heater. I got 3 bids and they were the best value and had the best installation plan of all 3. The installation went great and they were in and out of my house in under 4 hours. The installers were friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I recommend them highly!

This family-owned, family operated company removed/replaced a tankless water heater in our home 3 days ago and we were so impressed with their expertise, expediency, and courteous and caring attitude for our home! As my wife and I are senior citizens, the trust they instilled in us, from the beginning of the process, in finding a compatible unit, to removal and new installation, to cleanup, was very professional, with extremely appreciated results! We first used Tank Yankers 15 years ago and I’ll keep using them. We recently needed a new tankless water heater and Tank Yankers came through for us again. Excellent workmanship, on time arrival and their team is friendly and very knowledgeable.

The temperature in my shower had been fluctuating for years. I finally got fed up with it. I had reconciled myself to buying a new heater. I thought I would have it checked first. Called Tank Yankers and got an appointment in a reasonable time. They were prompt, and fixed my issue. Turned out to be a corroded sensor and a plugged shower head. Charged me 1/10 of what I was prepared to spend on a new heater.

Learned that I had a gas leak and Atmos shut off gas in the evening. Called Kent at Tank Yankers Plumbing and he came out the very next morning. He stayed with the project until we found the leak and repaired it immediately. He took care of talking with the city inspectors, permits, etc so gas was turned back on as soon as possible. I would highly recommend Tank Yanders Plumbing and Kent, the owner.

These guys were AMAZING! They are professional, efficient and extremely pleasant! When they arrived, my 8 month old was sleeping and they took special care to be as quiet as possible... which I so appreciated. They were able to fix our issue for $175 when somebody else recommended totally replacing for $3k. You are crazy to use anybody else!Kent and Brian were so nice! And Kent was especially great to chat with... he even made my baby boy smile a ton when he awoke from his nap.

I found The Tank Yanker through Home Advisor. Had scheduled with another plumber when they called with $300 less estimate. Scheduled for that day with 5 hour window. Julio & Bryan arrived 5 minutes into the window. I directed them to park in the back closer to water heater. Julio entered my house with a cloth to protect the floor and a water hose to drain heater. I kept waiting for the excuse me ma'm, for the upcharge but it never came. A little over 2 hours later they were finished. The price was exactly what I was quoted, plus I got a 50 gallon heater for the 40 gallon price. Both Julio and Bryan made sure I knew there could be air in the lines, so I wouldn't be alarmed. They did a great job! I couldn't be happier! Thank you Tank Yankers!

Have a high-end tankless system at my parents house that went bad - called a few plumbing companies, including ones recommended by the manufacturer, and they all passed on the job due to their lack of knowledge on the equipment. A competitor recommended Tank Yankers once he heard what type of system we had.Kent showed up on time, was knowledgeable about the equipment and got things done. He was even able to get everything done under warranty even though we didn't have any knowledge that it still had a warranty. I would suspect other companies might have taken advantage of a similar situation.Kent is a no none sense get things done type of guy, will get the job done right and probably wants to be left alone while he's doing it which explains the other review.I recommend Tank Yankers and would trade a happy go lucky attitude for correct work and knowledge all day long.

Had a minor leak around the toilet tank and base. Also concerned about drainage from hot water system over pressure line to the outside. Tank leak fixed, bolt holding tank to base was loose. Drainage was from condensation of the tankless hot water flue.

My water heater broke today and they came out ASAP and turned it off for me as I asked since I didn't have time to fix it right away.When I found out our water wasn't turning off all the way (city meter for ya) they came out after hours and fixed the problem for me asap as well.I k ow it must have been inconvenient fo them but they were happy to do it and I am SO grateful. I am leaving town and they were prompt.Thank you so much! Ya'll are awesome.

Buyer be AWARE.We paid $4350 to install a tankless system with recirculating pump and flood-stop valve in our home. They represent themselves as the experts but took them 2 or 3 tries to eventually got the system up an running. Mean while they left me with 2 significant issues. One the condensation line leaks and two the flood-stop does not shut the water off completely. These are major issues as the unit is in my attic. I have tried to contact them, but they ignored my calls, emails and texts. Be Aware!

Tank Yankers installed a tankless in the attic about 7 years ago. We are now having work done in the bathroom below. We noticed that we had no hot water after a couple days of jack hammering so I got Tank Yankers out to see what the problem was. I thought maybe the vibration something loosened but besides that we needed it cleaned. They were very helpful with information after they descaled the unit and figured out it was because the shower unit either wasn't installed correctly that caused a cross looping of water or that it just needed to be finished out. We called the contractor that evening to have him fix the problem. We think with all the good info from Tank Yankers that it might have saved a headache down the road when the tile was sealed up around the shower control. One thing I might suggest is that before jumping the gun and naming all the possible problems it could be that is causing the lack of hot water, because honestly I was scared I was about to be taken, that the situation was looked at first to see what was going on. I know my husband had these guys over a few times in the past and was happy with their work, but I was unfamiliar with them and was a little bit barraged with questions and possible problems in the beginning. In the end these guys were great. They did what I needed and more. I was happy with the service.

I would never recommend this company I normally never give bad reviews but this time I will have to write one. I had been running without hot water and I found this company online. They came gave me a quotation and told me they would order the part needed which I was okay with. One week down the line, did not hear from them so I called them at which point they told me the part had been ordered and they would call me as soon as they received it. Two weeks in no news I called them and the lady who was so rude informed me the part was never ordered in the first place. No apology just simply rude and no urgency at all. Needless to say found someone else but still one month in they never got back to me. Not sure how legit this company is but would never recommend them to anyone.

After the areawide freeze we had some pipe damage and Kent and his people responded to our request for service immediately. They were on time. professional and priced the service fairly. I highly recommend this organization.

After spending nearly $3000 for a new tankless water heater only a few months ago, I cannot get these people to answer the phone now that the unit is malfunctioning. I called and sent 2 emails….nothing. Lesson learned.

Save your money and use someone else...This guy is a joke. I hired him to install a tankless water heater. I was standing there watching him as I find this type of stuff interesting and he got rude with me. I had to remind him who is paying whom. This clown gave me an estimate and included a permit fee and leak check fee of $150 then showed up without a permit. Since there was gas line work that needed to be accomplished a permit is required for homeowner insurance reasons. I had to call the permit office and pay them for the permit even though I had already paid this clown. The workmanship was ok I guess, but the customer relations were horrible this is why I gave them a 2 star. Like I said, save your money and get someone else.

Scheduled a free estimate, had a few questions that were answered quickly and easily, scheduled the install - Easy! Bonus Points as both appointments showed up on time (even a bit early!).
