Had a minor plumbing emergency and called late in the day. Jay was able to get out to our house at 6:30 am the next morning to help us replace a valve in our shower and stop a major leak. PRO TIP: know how to turn the water off to your house at the street level so you can prevent major damage if you ever have a major emergency. Thanks Jay and Tribeca.

Their team was professional and timely, and they were able to resolve my problem on the same day that I called to make an appointment. However, I must mention that the cost of their service was a bit higher，the hourly rate for diagnosis was $369 instead of the advertised $99 on their website. Additionally, I was charged $950 for a simple T-joint replacement. I would advise anyone considering their services to be aware of the potential costs involved and to clarify any pricing discrepancies before proceeding with the work.

Worst service in 20 years. Will never use again. Had to call another plumber next day.Said he would fix drips, didn't. Told me to get sealant spray advertised on TV and tape and use on pipe.Charged $310 for what ???

Unfortunately, had to replace two A/C units … but fortunately Joel, Tendo and Rafael were friendly, punctual, professional, detailed and communicative of how installation was going. They assured me from the start that they would “take care” of me with this massive installation and they did. They were here from 9Am-4:30PM and locked in on the job entire day. I had a very positive experience using Mr. Rooter recently to take care of several plumbing tasks in my home all in one day. Matthew was very professional and diligent as he explained each of the issues and made the fixes/upgrades.
