I cannot say enough good things about Chad, Christian, and everyone else at Accurate Leak & Line!We live in DFW in a house that was built in 1959 with all cast iron pipes under the house. The cast iron pipes had deteriorated so bad that water was just pooling under the house and causing foundation issues, so we decided it was time to get the work done and re-route all of our plumbing. We got quotes from 3 different companies and Accurate Leak & Line had the best pricing and the longest warranty! They completed the entire project in 8 business days! All the work was done outside, so they did not need to dig inside! We were able to stay in the house the entire time and they ensured we had our water back on each night when we got home from work. We got an update at the end of each day about what was done that day and what was happening the next day. There was some damage to our sprinkler system (zone not working and sprinkler heads broken) and they even have that covered and had the sprinkler company they partner with come out and fix it at no additional cost to us. The price we were quoted is the price we paid and not a penny more!I hope no one has to have this project done at their home, but if you do, Accurate Leak & Line is who you should choose!

I’ve used AAA Auger three times now and they’re always great. Peter came out this time and he was friendly, informative and fast. I appreciate that they keep you updated on arrival times and send you a picture of the person coming to conduct the repairs - which adds an extra layer of safety/security. The service fee is more expensive now, but what isn’t these days? AAA Auger will always be my first call as long as they continue to provide such great service. Thank you, Peter!

Was in a bind, needed same day work. They came out within 4 hours when every shop in town said they were 3 days out. Showed up with everything ready, even called in a second team to make the job go faster. Everything was installed smoothly and they took special care to make sure my house was vacuumed and swept before leaving. Highly recommend.

Jeffrey Martinez did an outstanding, professional job on a stubborn sink line that tied us up for three weekend days. Provided us with a bottle of BioChoices and a hearty handshake. Will be calling Mr. Rooter again if needed. Best part he is a fellow Aggie!

I had a slab leak detected. Herndon/McFarland was called as a 2nd opinion. Their recommended work list was much shorter and less expensive than the 1st plumbing company. The team was responsive and very professional. They were informative and mindful of our time. When they got on-site to perform the job they found they would not have to tunnel under the house to reach our leak after all. They deducted a substantial amount from the fee due to the change. They completed the job in half the time quoted. They tarped the lawn, removed decorative landscaping without damage and returned the site back to its original state. I would definitely recommend this company.

Dan came out to my home and was able to diagnose the problem that I had. His Customer Service was phenominal. He is very knowledgeable about was he does. Dan is a complete asset to this company. I don't know how I got so lucky to have this gentleman come to my home but he did. If I ever have another plumbing issue I will defintely call this company & specifically ask for Dan.
