Norris was prompt and professional, he entertained us with conversation while he repaired the plugged up drain line. Do not work here! Clarissa who works as the social media person is a rude and evil! She treated me like less than her. And then she lied and cost me my job because of personal reason. She asked me to tell her how I felt offended by her and when I did she sent me home and then lied to the bosses and they fired me. When I texted her that how could she cost me my job, that’s how I pay my bills and feed my daughter. Very petty like she said that she knows many charity’s to help me feed my daughter. They stated they let me go because of my work performance but in every single one of our 1v1 meetings I was always told they liked me and I was doing great. They play with peoples money and discard them like they mean nothing. They are currently under staffed because of they way Clarissa is. They have no HR department so they treat people how ever they want.

Quick and reliable service.

Been about a year and still happy with their work.I had a couple other plumbers say they were going to come out and quote to only stand me up. Left waiting. A couple other plumbers wanted to tunnel under the house. Accurate leak used their equipment to trace the sewer lines out and determined it would be better to run the replacement sewer line out side of the foundation as it was a straight shot to the main city sewer line with a minimum of under the foundation digging and no cement foundation work.Accurate L&L did what they said they were going to do and did it when they said they would do it at a fair price.

My neighbor had AAA Auger come out to look at a water heater that AAA Auger installed less than a year and a half ago. The problem was a pressure release valve. They wanted to charge her over $300 plus parts but didn’t have the part with them. After taking a quick look, I took off the part in about 3 minutes, took it to Home Depot, bought another one and installed it in about 4 minutes. AAA Auger wanted to charge my elderly neighbor over $300 for about 7 minutes of work to a water heater they installed less than a year and a half ago. Would not recommend to anyone. I always say the two biggest ripoff companies are plumbers and mechanics. This proves I’m at least half right.

Service was as expected and professional, but bait and switch pricing was not appreciated. Service too expensive for the work done, and flat job estimating fee not part of final bill ,as expected.
