Best Kitchen Drain Repair in Dallas TX

Mark and crew have been really responsive and professional on our Master Bathroom shower installation of a Kohler DTV+ system and jets and steam shower unit and jetted tub. They will be back to finish when tiling is done/etc and I'm sure service will continue to be awesome! They're also reasonably priced and friendly. I highly recommend Cody & Sons!

I have used this company a few times as I have had quite a few A/C and HVAC issues. Now I'm starting to think that these guys were the issue. However, I scheduled an appointment with Dallas Plumbing on 11/16 and a technician came out. He said that the DATS sensor in my HVAC was bad and needed to be replaced. He told me that the cost of replacement would be $383.00, which I paid. My appointment for replacement was to be 11/17 first thing in the morning. No one came.I called in the afternoon, figuring they got busy. Their answering service said that someone would call me back--they didn't. I called again and again over the next few days while my wife suffered the frigid temperature in my house. Every time, the answering service would tell me that they made a note and that a supervisor would call me back promptly--they didn't. One answering service agent said she'd call me back personally--she didn't. Although they acknowledged that there was supposed to be an appointment on 11/17, no one could provide any answers as to why no one showed up or provide any idea of when (if ever) they would come. Even to get a refund for the sensor I've never seen and will never receive, the call service could only tell me that a supervisor will call me shortly. I'm not holding my breath. In short... DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Technician #68 Juan showed up at my front door just in time! I was completely exhausted from dipping water out of my clogged sinks in the kitchen. I told him I was losing the battle and he said he was here to win the war. He had a great sense of humor and a big smile. He did a wonderful job of unclogging the sinks in very little time. During which he gave me some hints about what NOT to put in my garbage disposal. He also told me how to maintain my sinks so I would not need his services for the same issue again. He completely cleaned up the area he worked on, leaving it much cleaner than when he found it. The best thing however was the bill. It was less than he originally told me. I now have a new plumbing company and one I will be happy to tell my friends about!Betty

Extremely happy with Mr. Rooter. They sent a crew out to remove iron sewer pipe and replace with pvc pipe. The crew was led by Sinatra and he did an outstanding job from start to finish. Isaac was his number one man. I can’t say enough how pleasant and accommodating these two men were. This type of work is very hard and demanding on the crew but they are hardworking individuals. I would recommend Mr. Rooter to anyone with plumbing issues.

Love Barbosa! Would recommend them without hesitation especially after my experience with a large HVAC company that couldn’t fix my AC issue after 6 hours of “trying”. Barbosa came in and had it up and running in less than an hour!

Wolfgang was professional, courteous, and proficient. They installed a car charger for me and our install was more difficult than most. He explained why, showed me comparisons on cost of a typical installation, and gave me time to ponder whether or not to proceed without pressure. Once I made the decision to do it he got me on the schedule ASAP and everything went great with the install. There's a reason my family has a service agreement with Baker Bros and this experience exceeded our already high expectations of this company.

Best plumbing service we have EVER used. PERIOD!

We were treated very cordially and professionally from our initial call to the completion of the work. With the impending ice storm, we expected some delay for a serviceman to get to us but it worked out pretty much to their schedule. The work was done in an orderly fashion with adequate time to be sure the system would fully recover before the repairman left.

I call them for drain cleaning service and they respond back very with best quality of plumbing service.
