I am so relieved that I have FINALLY found a plumbing company that I will NOT hesitate to use again. My Mom is not only 92 yoa but also a Korean War Vet. I have had to watch carefully to make sure she has not been taken advantage of. I have used other well known plumbing companies, two of which have TV commercials. The prices quoted by Reeves were significantly lower than other bids, the two gentlemen that installed were kind and professional (as was the woman that took my call). My problem was fixed within a short time, and I am still smiling about the professional job they did. KUDOS to Reeves!!!! James is an awesome plumber. Our 2nd floor bathroom was leaking down to the 1st foor ceiling and it was a mess. Our flange broke and along with that, a section of a pipe.James explained to us in details how he was going to approach and fix the issue. He went above and beyond accommodatted our request, keep our indoor clean and no mess left behind. He also recommended us a better product and tips on how to avoid future issues.We really appreciated him and will definitely recommend Dial One to anyone we know that in need of plumbing.

Pascual came out to the house to look at 3 things. Reconnect our water purification system which was disconnected during dishwasher installation. Our hand held shower did not work when installed using a diverter attached to the pipe for our rain shower. Our contractor originally told us that the drain line under the bathroom sink for the washing machine on the other side of the wall was installed in a U' shape and would make it hard for the washer to drain. So we thought that was why the water was not turned back on at the sink or the washing machine as our contractor had left us for another job without completing ours. Pascual talked about the same thing that the drain was not right, but he would have to check behind the washer to see if there was a trap there so the U drain was unnecessary and making the washer drain slowly and back up at times which I said it was doing and further stated that I wanted it fixed right even though it had been this way since I moved in 23 years ago.During our remodel, we first had our contractor install new cutoffs under all sinks and toilets. The new cutoffs were not connected to a water supply line and the old cutoffs were still under the sink to be removed.I was told there would be no charge fixing the shower unless parts were needed. I was given an estimate for over $1000 which I agreed to for reconnecting the water purification system which took about 5 min. and putting the supply lines into the bathroom sink. I agreed to this charge thinking that even though it was high that I would now have a drain for my washing machine that worked properly. I would never have agreed to this excessive charge that did not include correcting the drain pipe.He took our $20.99 nonworking diverter (advertised as a Delta to go with our other Delta parts) with him to find a replacement. Without consulting us, he got another type for $180 to install. My final bill was over $1200 and it DID NOT include correcting the drain pipe.I would never recommend Mr. Rooter or use them again myself

Was very impressed with Keelan, very professional and explained everything he was about to do and was quick and efficient in his job! LeAnn was the greatest getting Keelan out to my house and was a blessing to talk with!

The service technician was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. He did a great job on several electrical outlets, front porch, light and flickering light issues in the living room. Gave me estimates for other work I’m considering so I can budget for those items in the future. I am very satisfied with the work.

I wish it was possible to give them 6 stars!!I called to set an appointment and Luis came out the next day, looked at the problems and gave us an reasonable estimate. When he came back the next day to start the work, we were very pleased that he was able to just repair 2 things that we thought we would have to replace! He was friendly, hard-working, and did a great job of communicating what he was doing and any problems he encountered. We also appreciated that in these uncertain times caused by the pandemic, he wore a mask, gloves, and shoe covers.

Repaired 2 slab leaks a couple years ago. Rerouted hot lines to attic.So another leak showed up 2 days ago. Tried to call... number not good anymore. So called new plumber. They are repairing cold line leak. Will reroute cold lines in attic. Well, Phantom Plumbing did not finish their work 2 years ago. Discovered they did not pull required permit, did not insulate lines in attic or clamp down. I see now why they are out of business. Disappointed in Ricky Naidoo the past owner of Phantom Plumbing.
