This company was recommended by my realtor. We needed our HVAC to be serviced before we sell our place. The technician that came out was great. He immediately got to work and was upfront about what it would cost to make some necessary repairs. Very professional and friendly! I would highly recommend anyone to use this company! Wonderful service delivery! I called them late one afternoon and three guys from 24 HR Emergency Plumber Dallas INC showed up right on time the next morning. They fixed a couple of leaks on different faucets and left immediately they were done.

New homeowners here! Our water heater went out late at night, and we were not sure what the issue was. We were connected to a technician who walked us through a few troubleshooting steps that ended up resolving the issue. It was an easy fix, and I appreciate that the technician helped us fix it ourselves instead of coming out and charging us!! We will definitely be using Dallas Plumbing Company for any future work ?

Unsure why they have so many good reviews. I called yesterday at 9am, they said 3 hours and proceeded to call me until 7pm until they said it need to happen tomorrow. Called at 7am, then again at 10am saying they needed more time. I told them last night I was unavailable after noon. They won't schedule an appointment -- rather it seems like you're just expected to make yourself available for days at a time until they get around to you. Worse than the cable guy.

Problem: Refill would not stop and the water shut off value no longer worked, also there was a leak from around one of the connections to the refill valve.Same day service and when an earlier appointment became available I was called and asked if I would like the earlier time. Everything went as I was told from my first call. Gabe arrived and I explained what I thought I needed and he took a look and made one additional recommendation which I took. He gave an estimate and I said that was great (I also received a $50.00 discount, THANKS!). The work was done quickly and he went above my expectations by cleaning the pipe and reaffixing the face plate to the wall on the water outlet to the toilet. I would recommend this company to anyone needing their services.

All I can say is please shop around the price that they quoted us was around $10,000 the plumber asked me if I knew any military veterans and he knocked $2,000 off. I guess that's a sales gimmick for the customers to take the bait but I really didn't appreciate that.. when I requested for an invoice they did not provide me with one. I had to call the customer service for them to send me one.. the plumber told me that my pipes had failed and it was dumping water underneath the house ..needless to say when I call another plumber they confirm that the pipes work and there was nothing wrong.. needless to say I'll never call mr. Rooter .. and if I ever have a plumbing problem I will call Ernie's Plumbing they will treat the customers right and have fair prices... I can't stress it enough for you shop around and don't learn the hard way..

I called and the owner answered quickly. He was professional and attentive. A plumber, Louis, was available to come out same day. He was very professional as well as he answered all of my questions.

I was charged 460$ for the tech to walk in and out of my house for 3 hours and he still didn’t find the leak . You could hear the water running in the bathroom but he made some excuse about an empty house and an echo. I called in another plumber and it took this guy right at 30 minutes to find the leak in the bathroom where you could actually here it.Update! Here are pictures of your receipt. The name is under wifes name Chay Williams, location is in Lancaster tx,. The last 4 digits on the job N.O. appear to be 9 or 7 313.

A Star Heat & Air, Inc. was awesome! I called one Saturday afternoon and a technician was at my door step within the 2 hour time frame they had promised. Juan was my technician and I give him 2 thumbs up. He was very thorough when explaining every detail of his diagnose. He repaired my a/c and had me cool for the summer. I would HIGHLY recommend them to my friends and family.

Ricky took a $3000 deposit to put in a water softer and filtration system. He has not returned to install. Tells me by text business is slow and he doesn’t have the money to refund me. Avoid this con artist.
