i’d love to support farmers branch plumbers, but good luck hearing back from these guys. have tried more than once to get them out for jobs and have yet to get anyone to return a voicemail, text message or email.

Last Monday, I quickly decided to phone 24 HR Emergency Plumber Dallas INC and they got back to me right away. I had a blockage issue that had caused a mess but they managed to fix it.

The Technicians were very professional and helpful. They fixed the problem quickly.

The plumbers are always very professional and friendly. Anytime I have a plumbing issue I call One Source Plumbing!

I have used this company a few times as I have had quite a few A/C and HVAC issues. Now I'm starting to think that these guys were the issue. However, I scheduled an appointment with Dallas Plumbing on 11/16 and a technician came out. He said that the DATS sensor in my HVAC was bad and needed to be replaced. He told me that the cost of replacement would be $383.00, which I paid. My appointment for replacement was to be 11/17 first thing in the morning. No one came.I called in the afternoon, figuring they got busy. Their answering service said that someone would call me back--they didn't. I called again and again over the next few days while my wife suffered the frigid temperature in my house. Every time, the answering service would tell me that they made a note and that a supervisor would call me back promptly--they didn't. One answering service agent said she'd call me back personally--she didn't. Although they acknowledged that there was supposed to be an appointment on 11/17, no one could provide any answers as to why no one showed up or provide any idea of when (if ever) they would come. Even to get a refund for the sensor I've never seen and will never receive, the call service could only tell me that a supervisor will call me shortly. I'm not holding my breath. In short... DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Unsure why they have so many good reviews. I called yesterday at 9am, they said 3 hours and proceeded to call me until 7pm until they said it need to happen tomorrow. Called at 7am, then again at 10am saying they needed more time. I told them last night I was unavailable after noon. They won't schedule an appointment -- rather it seems like you're just expected to make yourself available for days at a time until they get around to you. Worse than the cable guy.

I had technician Danny come out and help us with an emergency air conditioning problem. Danny came out quickly and fixed the problem quickly and at a good price. He was super nice to work with and provided great customer service. I actually signed up for their maintenance program because of the good experience I had with Danny

They came same day (and a Sunday) and got the problem fixed! Sinatra (agent #507) was my contact person and he was just that...in contact all the time. I would highly recommend this company to anyone!

DAZ Plumbing fixed the control valve on the water heater. DAZ plumbing had the hot water back on quickly and efficiently. Thank you, we will rely on you for all our household plumbing needs.

I was charged 460$ for the tech to walk in and out of my house for 3 hours and he still didn’t find the leak . You could hear the water running in the bathroom but he made some excuse about an empty house and an echo. I called in another plumber and it took this guy right at 30 minutes to find the leak in the bathroom where you could actually here it.Update! Here are pictures of your receipt. The name is under wifes name Chay Williams, location is in Lancaster tx,. The last 4 digits on the job N.O. appear to be 9 or 7 313.

I am very happy with the work that Peerless Plumbing Company-Dallas did on my toilet. It was a complicated install because of the old piping and they took the time to do it right, without cutting corners. The plumber installed everything professionally and finished within a few hours. There were no leaks or other problems afterwards. Now I have a good functioning toilet at home thanks to them!

I requested an inspection and we had it done and finished the very next morning.

Misael came out for condenser unit shutting off. He diagnosed quickly and corrected the problem. I will always ask for him in the future. He is a excellent technician.

Repaired 2 slab leaks a couple years ago. Rerouted hot lines to attic.So another leak showed up 2 days ago. Tried to call... number not good anymore. So called new plumber. They are repairing cold line leak. Will reroute cold lines in attic. Well, Phantom Plumbing did not finish their work 2 years ago. Discovered they did not pull required permit, did not insulate lines in attic or clamp down. I see now why they are out of business. Disappointed in Ricky Naidoo the past owner of Phantom Plumbing. Dishonest...
