Best service ever for an A/C company. Your treated like family. Nate was on time explained all work being done and showed the burned out parts that needed to be replaced. Came out first thing in morning and had to order special part and was fixed that afternoon. They even added a surge protector was this couldn’t happen again. Highly recommend them for service.

Called out for a clogged drain, they were prompt, courteous, and priced fairly without any attempts to upsell or use scare tactics. Even ran a camera into the line free of charge to verify blockage was cleared.
Slate will be my first call the next time I have any issues.

Geronimo came out and helped me, not only pick a tankless water heater, but also convinced me to not do an unnecessary equipment move. The price was more than fair and the work was done in one day. The job passed inspection, too. I plan on using One Source Plumbing for future work and would reccomend them to friends and family.

Accurate called 15 mins before appointment to cancel. I had someone drive an hour accross Dall for the meeting as it is a commerical project. Upon discussing with further it was deterined they are unable to locate domestic water line leaks and they are focused on repairs. They recommended calling American Leak. Disappointing that after making an appointment for a week out they called and backed out. Website is misleading as it appears they offer leak detection.

Matt was great, very professional and kept me informed of where he was in the repair and what to expect. He sat and explained each step and the charge associated and the different options with if there was any. They got me back up and having hot water faster than i thought it was going to take.

I just wanted to show some appreciation and love for Armando, who came out on his day off to ensure everything went fine with the excavation contractors, and then came out again on Sunday as follow up to ensure things were fine after all the repairs were done. He gave me updates all the way, offered to explain things, and gave clear explanations for what and why things were being done.He's a champ and (un)fortunately I'm not likely to need to see him for a while. I recommend you call him so you can do the same ❤️

We had a bad leak, but were able to turn off water. Didn’t call company until later in the day. Scheduler, Jen, put us on the schedule for the next day. They arrived on time, were very nice, and explained things very well. They knew just what to do, and the repair took a reasonable amount of time. We had Jeff and Chan work on our issue. We had 2 our plumbers come outand A1 had the the most honest and resonable pricing around. They came and traced our drain line to see what was clogging our drain line. We have cast iron pipes becuase this is a older house. He gave us 2 quotes to replace the whole thing and to replace some of it becuase we were on a budject and it will still work for us. We ended up going with replacing some of it. They had to jack hammer through our bathroom floor replaced the pipe created a better drain slope. and put concrete back . They cut our tile so great that it wont be hard to put back. They left the work area cleaner than it was before they got here. Very stand up company they have pride in thier work and I highly recommend A1 plumbing. We will be using them in the future as we upgrade our house slowly and referring to all friend and family.
