Working with Dallas Plumbing Company was a horrible experience. The technician arrived late, couldn't fix the issue. They had to come back two more times, still wasn't able to fix the issue. I Called the management, they never called back. I used another company who took care of the issue on their first visit. I can honestly say that dealing with Dallas Plumbing was one of the worst experiences ever.

AStar is the best. I put a new heating and a/c system in with them 6 years ago and they have done a great job keeping it updated twice a year as the weather changes. They have kept me informed of any new options and are very pro-active in looking at the entire system to make sure any issue gets attention before there is a major problem. All of their service people are very polite, wear covers over their shoes, and go the extra mile to make sure I'm happy with their service.

Jeremy Brown did an excellent job installing two new water heaters in a fourth floor attic! Thank goodness he had a strong helper for going up and down the stairs. Jeremy was polite and responsive and took some extra time at the end to teach me about water heater maintenance.
