I requested a quote online to have a light fixture rewired in my kitchen, since it was late in the afternoon I expected to get a response the next day, to my surprise, Nestor called me after hours around 6:30 andapologized for not getting back to me sooner. I explained what I wanted done and he gave me a quote that was 3 times cheaper than other quotes I had been given. His team showed up the next morning, did the work and was finished in less than an hour. They were extremely professional, efficient and cordial. You hear stories of how a quote is given and the cost is different once the workers show up, well that was not the case here, thanks. You will be the only electrician I will call when work is needed in the future.

Jorge came out to perform our semi annual HVAC system maintenance. Communication from Walker air was great. We received a text the day before letting us know the two hour time frame. Then today we received a text confirming Jorge was on the way, a number to contact Jorge should we need it and a picture. Jorge was friendly, professional and made sure we knew what he was doing and gave us updates along the way. He did make some recommendations that were not required at this time but something to think about. He was not pushy, which I appreciate. Definitely 5 star service from Jorge and Walker air!

Amazing service from beginning to end. After countless quotes on a very big job, I decided to go with Baker Brothers. Their price, reputation, and work culture all played a part in this decision. They performed the job on schedule and we're very thorough with repairs, keeping me informed every step of the way. They even made sure I had running water at all times while replacing everything under my house. This is a company with ethics unmatched in my experience. I called this company to come out and fix my AC problem. I was losing refrigerant so they came out and, without diagnosing the leak, decided to put a leak sealant in my system. (Which wasn't recommended by A 1 Air) I was also charged for the service fee even though I got the issue resolved. They even charged me $55 to tighten a screw that was apparently loose on a part. If that doesn't say they're scammers idk what is. A couple days later it started getting hot again so I had to call them back out. This time the owner came out. He proceeded to tell me I had multiple leaks inside my unit. He recommended to replace the inside unit totaling $3k. I realized that I might have a warranty through another company so I decided to call them out.They came out and did a compression test to determine where EXACTLY the leak was. Come to find out there were NO leaks in the inside unit. He actually found the leak inside the outside unit. It was one hole that needed soldering. I called back A Anderson demanding a refund many times. They refused my request but they did come back out and solder the hole. The other company charged me $500, A Anderson charged me $600 all because I needed a solder job. A Anderson didn't even try to offer a refund or discount. I paid $1100 for a simple job all because of the incompetence of Anderson AC.
