My mother is visiting from Washington State. She was trying to 'clean up' our fridge, by emptying three containers of nice/noodles down the garbage disposal, which caused the kitchen sink to get clogged. After removing the p trap/running my 20ft snake down the drain, I was unable to clear the drain/sink was still clogging up... so I called up Tribeca Plumbing. They were really quick to respond. Slate Plumbing is 5 star all the way! Our technician Daniel Horne, took extra time to educate us on the sewer cleanouts and how we could inspect them ourselves and open them quickly if a back-up occurred (better to have a back-up happen outside the house than into your tub or toilets!) He also went under the crawl space to inspect, and even told us that our pipes (cast iron) can be very fragile over time and if other plumbers were going to clean them out, to make sure to tell them to inspect the pipes before and after they were cleaned out to ensure they didnt damage the pipe further. Their prices seem reasonable and the service and education portion were particularly helpful. I would call them again in a heartbeat if we have further plumbing issues.

Jose, with One Source plumbing, was very straight forward and honest with the work I hired then to do. I had to order a part which he helped me with and worked with me to keep the cost to a minimum. They were able to give me a labor only estimate and we're on time and fixed the issue for me once the part I ordered had arrived. Props to Jose for communication, punctuality, and honesty. Overall,a very satisfied customer.

I called for help a couple of times and Tom Sheffield came out and took care of the problem quick and did a great job. He is such a great and honest person and doesn’t give you the run around. If you want the job done right and you don’t want to be over charged for everything contact Sheffield Plumbing in Oak Cliff, they will definitely get your toilet/pipes or whatever your problem they will fix it and will get it working again.

Frederick was my plumber technician. My toilet was stoped up due to weeds in the pipes. I only have one bathroom which made this repair a high priority. He worked very hard to clear them & get my toilet working properly. He was very knowledgeable, explained each step clearly & most of all reassuring that he could fix it. I was very impressed & had no doubt about what he had to do. He also carefully explained the charges. While the necessity of the visit I was very pleased with the overall experience. He was the best!
