Reeves came out to do a clean out of the sewer line due to a clog. The clean out was satisfactory. At the same time, I received a quote to repair the sewer line. When I called to schedule the work, I was told the proposal was wrong, I was quoted the wrong price, and the new price was $2K more than the price quoted. I have a written proposal detailing the costs. Reeves refused to honor the proposal and quote. This is unprofessional.

I had a stopped up toilet when I got home from work on a Friday evening. My house only has one toilet, so I really needed to get it fixed. I called another company who could not do anything until Saturday. So, I called One Source, and was able to have the problem handled within 1.5 hours of making the call. The plumber demonstrated excellent knowledge and skill, was friendly, and took care of everything in an efficient manner. It was a rainy night, and he took care to keep my floors clean. I surely appreciated this service.

They sent Austin Thomas out , he was friendly , arrived on-time and took care of all our plumbing issues quickly and at a very fair price. We are so appreciative and cannot wait to take a hot shower! Called Mr. Rooter to snake a shower drain that was draining slowly. Tech arrived and were very polite and professional they quoted a price of $245 for a 15 min job. I asked if that included the 25 percent discount that is listed in the ad. They said his store doesn’t honor those coupons. I called the store and spoke with Tom who said they don’t honor any coupons. I asked why it was on their ad. He said it’s not on the ad. He said they are to busy to offer discounts. Basically accusing me of lying. I told the techs about the conversation and the tech asked to see the coupon which I showed him. Don’t waste your time or money with this company. If they are not going to honor coupons they shouldn’t have it on the ad they should tell people when they are scheduling the appointment that they do not offer discounts or honor any coupons.

Arrived on time, explained the extent of the problem and the various ways he attempted to resolve the issue; gave recommendations for how to improve water flow/back up situation. Friendly, professional office staff.

Today is the second time in a year we've used Barbosa Plumbing & Air Conditioning, and I remain as pleased and impressed with the professionalism, service, speed, and price of everyone that I deal with in this company.I called Andy this morning because my AC stopped working during the night, and by 8 in the morning it was 86 degrees inside. Even with the short notice, Andy had Mathew over to my place the same day, and he was able to make repairs and have the house cooling in no time.I am completely satisfied with both service calls that I've had to make with this company, and we will be using them for all of our HVAC needs as long as they are in business, as well as recommending them to anyone that needs the services of an HVAC technician.

Texas winter fiasco of 2021 and we had Joe with Plumbing 101 of DFW, rescue our renters from a water pipe that flooded the house. He scheduled us and fixed up the leak after-hours so the family could have running water. We are very grateful for his time and his professionalism. Other plumbers told us it would be a week or more before they could come out. Plumbing 101 of DFW provided us with up front service call, estimate and completed the job all within one day!
