Best Gas Line Replacement in Dallas TX

This company is very professional and got in and fixed the mess from the previous owner. Have these guys already setup in my contacts for next time they are needed. They are very reasonable with there prices as well.

Jorge came out to perform our semi annual HVAC system maintenance. Communication from Walker air was great. We received a text the day before letting us know the two hour time frame. Then today we received a text confirming Jorge was on the way, a number to contact Jorge should we need it and a picture. Jorge was friendly, professional and made sure we knew what he was doing and gave us updates along the way. He did make some recommendations that were not required at this time but something to think about. He was not pushy, which I appreciate. Definitely 5 star service from Jorge and Walker air!

I honestly believe this is price gouging of senior citizens. Baker brothers replaced a flange on a my parents toilet to keep it from shifting. The fee was almost $800. Ridiculous. The parts may have cost $50 at most. You don’t charge by the hour so you can charge a fortune for the parts and install. Flat rate. A joke An hour in labor. They said it was 2 1/2. Not accurate. Is this how you justify your enormous rates. Most doctors and lawyers don’t get this much money an hour. Buyer beware. Get a few quotes before you reach out to Baker’s Brothers. Will never use you again and will tell everyone who wants to listen the same.

He gave us his recommendation on 2 systems along with the pro's and con's of each system. There was no sale pressure from him, just straight forward answers.The install crew was outstanding. The crew leader explained everything they were going to do and advised me to stop them at anything if I have a question or concern. It was a raining Saturday and they were Xtremely careful and made sure they didnt track mud into the house. They worked all day and then cleaned up everything inside and out.
