I highly recommend them to anyone needing AC repair or furnace maintenance. They truly exceeded my expectations.diagnosed the issue with my unit. He was able to fix the problem quickly, and I was charged a very reasonable fee for the job. We have used Slate twice for replacing our 20 year old water heaters. They were very quick and everything was made very easy. They fixed our shower faucet as well since it was not giving us hot water since a previous company installed it.

Don't use this company . we paid $180 for kichen sink not drain. And clogged again the next 2 days. Call them back they said we have to paid the other $400 for the same service for different equipment .be careful to use this company they all cheating people not honest at work . they run only 5 feet long line but do reported 60-70 feet long. customer service sucked really bad. Don't try them waisted your money. We gave them 1 STAR because don't have 0.

They were supposed to come, identify and repair gas leak.Two “plumbers” showed up, were very unprepared for the job and after a lot of discussion and trial and error they were not able to find the leak.Still was charged $299 for the two hours they both were here and was told I was lucky because they only charged the hours of one “plumber”.I am constantly surprised at the lack of professionalism in the plumbing business and how in today’s customer experience world that they are still allowed to get away with this.Unfortunately I have not yet found a company in this area that really cares about customer experience.These guys do not make it and the search continues.

I have used them a couple of times and am very impressed by their service. There is always someone answering the phone and they are on time. The best thing about them is that they do not charge you until they come out and review the need repairs. That allows me to make an accurate decision on whether or not to continue without a trip charge that kind of forces you to proceed because of the sunk cost.

We had a very subborn drain clog. Matthew stayed with it and got the water flowing again . hE was very professional and great at hus job. I highly reccomend Mr. Rooter,.

I have used Curtis at Atlas for years. He has left Atlas, and my first experience with their new plumber was terrible. He spent three hours looking for a leak I have in one bathroom and trying to find out why I had no water pressure in another bathroom. He found no cause or solution for either, but charged me $500., so I paid $500, and have nothing resolved. I will not be using Atlas in the future.

We have been having issues with our tankless water heater and decided to call Herndon McFarland Plumbing to see if they could help. They came out and checked the water heater and told us they needed to flush it out for $200, but first needed to go get the supplies. They came beck TWO HOURS later, spent an hour flushing it and then told us we have to get it replaced. Trent gave us an estimate of 24-48 hrs to hear back from them to replace it, and its been 2 weeks. We never heard from them and our water heater is no longer producing any hot water. So now we are out of hot water and $200. Thanks Trent and Jarrett for wasting our time and money.

We were quoted roughly $16000 for a reroute of our plumbing after they told us our pipes were cracked as seen on their camera. This number was absolutely earth shattering. We decided to get another opinion, and this new plumber said they had no idea how a crack could even be identified on a camera. He suggested a jetting of the pipes, and sure enough, the 42 years of gunk was the issue. We ended up paying a whopping $350 and now have good as new pipes. I am horrified to think we almost completely depleted our savings account to be completely scammed by RC Pros.

The AC seems to be working much better and there are no odd odors in

Joseph said I had a drain pipe that needed repair in the front yard. The job was supposed to take 3 days. I paid half down, and the next day they dug a hole. It has since been a week of excuses, no shows, and unanswered calls/texts. I am left with a hole, a large section of grass that will be dead from the smothering, and now must find another plumber to complete the job. I'm out $1400 plus damages to my lawn.I have all the calls and texts to back my claims. BEWARE!

I needed a plumber and of course I am very nervous when it comes to trusting people in general to do right by me because unfortunately people in this industry have a reputation of taking advantage of women. However, Dee Ann with LeFevers, made me feel comfortable from the start. She answered ALL my questions and did not rush me. I felt so at ease about trusting LeFevers that I ultimately decided to use them instead of other recommended plumbers that people I knew recommended to me. The plumbers (James & Lee) arrived on time and was able to unclog our pipes and fix the toilet in less than 2 hours for a fair price. I would recommend them to anyone and also they will be my go to plumbers if I should need any additional services.

I used Jar-Dab over the years (at least 4 occurrences) since owning my first home. Over time, I've come to encounter a few DIY-weekend warrior attempts in the plumbing department where I wouldn't say there was a win. Working with Justin has been an absolute pleasure. He's very responsive to my communications, timely, and forthcoming about changes and circumstances within and outside his control. I don't feel like I'm working with a contractor but a colleague and acquaintance I can trust. I can tell he's passionate about the job, my concerns, the quality of the work and the reputation of the company he represents. He may be employee of Jar-Dab but he executes like an owner.
