We used Reeves for the first time during the long freeze when our previous plumber wouldn’t even return our call. They repaired several burst pipes and replaced our tankless water heater.I will most definitely continue to use Reeves and have given their name to 2 friends who have used them. Sorry I did not get a chance to give a better review. Set up an appointment for 1:00. Got a voicemail that it would be 3-4 hours. Called to check on this and she said, well, we don't know when it will be but we will update you.
Four hours later and no update. Very disappointed.
