Best Gas Line Repair in Dallas TX

Called this company to fix a shower issue I had. They did fix the issue, I paid $500 but left me with another problem THAT WASNT THERE BEFORE. Instead of exemplifying good customer service, they wanted to charge me another $200 to come back out to fix the leak that was caused. I expressed to them that it wasn’t fair that I had to be charged again, on top of the $500 I already paid, for a problem that they caused. We suggested that Tribeca covers half ($100). They then came back again to only offer $182, saying they agreed to go half of what they were charging. $182 is not half of $200. The technician, receptionist and owner were not on the same page and kept giving out different quotes for parts & labor.After explaining to the owner all of this, he continued to still offered me pay $182. He didn’t acknowledge my experience & proceeded to believe I was wrong. I declined the offer & will not be using them again. I will also not recommend anybody to use them as they are more concerned about money than helping customers plumbing issuesEdit: it’s unfortunate that I can’t respond to the owners allegations. He is continuing to LIE. Technician Donnie looked at both my bathrooms, hot water was fixed but popping noise was not. It’s a shame that the company is operating like this. Donnie couldn’t even figure out why the popping noise was there.I also REPEATEDLY told the owner I wanted to be charge HALF of the quote. Half of $200 is not free. One lie after another! I stated I was leaving a bad review because he was trying to charge me for an issue his technician created. You receive bad reviews when you give terrible service. There are many other plumbing companies I’d rather give my money to who are honest & professional. As a customer, he truly did not have my best interest at heart

Horrible customer service. Technician pulled up and drove away after I drive 45 minutes across town. I called the main number and the receptionist was RUDE and cut me off after I explained the issue. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! If a company has policies in place they should clearly notify the client prior to just canceling. Reading through some of the other reviews I understand why this company has a low rating. Ask a lot of questions up front or save yourself the disappointment.

They fixed up my much needed sink and water heater repairs for our house we are in the process of selling. Don't hesitate to call them. Working with Dallas Plumbing Company was a horrible experience. The technician arrived late, couldn't fix the issue. They had to come back two more times, still wasn't able to fix the issue. I Called the management, they never called back. I used another company who took care of the issue on their first visit. I can honestly say that dealing with Dallas Plumbing was one of the worst experiences ever.

Juan was extremely efficient and helpful and solved my problem in a flash. 10 stars to Juan and AAA Auger!!

Jason came out the evening I called him. He and his Dad have called or been here every day since to make sure the job got done. We have been dealing with plumbers since December and they are the only ones that did what they said they would do and completed the job. I would recommend them to anyone. Great customer service.

My kitchen sink faucet was linking. I had another company look at it and that plumber told me that I needed to buy a new faucet and then they would install it. I did buy a new faucet. Herndon McFarland was already schedule to come out. Their plumber took one look at the faucet and fixed in within 5 minutes (probably less). No new faucet needed. I also asked the Herndon McFarland plumber how much it would have cost if I would have installed a new faucet. Their quote was 1/2 of the quote of the other plumber.

Lindsay and Josh came out to the exxon where I work and we’re very professional and explained the problem we were having and they got here in a reasonable time

We asked to perform an annual inspection on all ac units. Jackie is always pleasant and thorough every time. However, we were taken by surprise with all of the items recommended to be performed on all units including the units recently replaced. The old units I can understand. I feel like the quote had things that were not necessary.

Joe and his team responded quickly and unclogged the drain in no time! He charged a fair price and provided options for short and long term solutions. Thanks guys!
