I've gone to Hooper twice now, and twice I've been satisfied. Both instances were emergency situations, and both times they did everything they could to get to me promptly. This last time, they had even made it to my house BEFORE I could make it home. Great, quick work done. The workers, Blake and Hector, were both so professional and easy going. Its always slightly nerve wrecking as a woman having to deal with male contractors alone, however these guys never made me feel taken advantage of. I've used them twice now and I'll continue to use them. They've also, twice now, given me the best or lowest quotes for their services as well. All around I'm a satisfied customer.

Horrible customer service and shoddy work. I called another plumbing company for a leak underneath my kitchen sink because I had the same or similar problem in November 2021 and thought that the work was still under warranty with that company. When the plumber arrived from the other company and after fixing the problem, I asked him what the issue was and what could be done in the future to prevent this. He stated that I needed to get a new garbage disposal. I told him that I just had a new garbage disposal installed by another plumbing company (One Source). He then informed me that the disposal was not connected properly and said that the pipe was not placed far enough up. Had I known that the problem was related to the installation of the garage disposal by One Source, I would have called One Source to rectify the problem, but I didn't know until after the repair was made. When I contacted One Source about reimbursement, including providing the receipt of the work done by the other company, they refused to reimburse me stating that their work was under warranty and that I should've contacted them instead. However, as I explained to them, I did not know the leaking water was related to the improper installation of the garbage disposal by their company.

Very professional services rendered at a time most needed. Plumbers were respectful of my house, e.g., they laid runners down so they would not track dirt into the house and they were also personable, caring as to my situation, and I felt comfortable with them while they were working inside and outside of my house.I would highly recommend their company if you need good, hard working and reliable plumbers.

Had an emergency leak, called up Jason and explained to him what was going on. Gave me a possible diagnosis over the phone and he was able to fit us in that same day. Kept me up to date on his eta the whole time. Jason was able to address the problem and had solutions for some unforeseen issues that came up with the repair as well. Jason answered all the questions I had and was more than helpful. Even walked me through how to diy another minor leak that I have when I asked about it. Would definitely recommend.

Jacob and Marcos were phenomenal! Found Pure Plumbing from their phenomenal Google reviews, and super happy we did! They were excellent, professional, extremely quick and responsive, and did a fantastic job. Howard is a great plumber and has reasonable prices. I called 3rd generation plumbing pros and Howard came right away. I didn’t have to wait a long time to get my issue resolved. He was very respectable and also did a follow up. I would recommend him to anyone. The service was 10 stars!!!!

With water overflowing and sewage draining in my shower late at night on a Sunday, Matthew showed up. He was very professional and worked to get my sewerage draining and toilet fixed. After wringing out towels and pouring buckets of water out all day, he was truly the right plumber sent at the right time.
