We called to receive advice and guidance when we became extremely concerned that another plumbing company was misdiagnosing our problem and trying to overcharge us by thousands of dollars. Richard, the owner, took the time to guide us through possible steps and provide his thoughtful expertise. He immediately sent a team to our home. Jay and Sam did an excellent job working quickly and efficiently to accurately diagnosis the plumbing issue and fix the problem. We were charged an honest and appropriate fee, and treated with great respect. We are grateful to Tribeca Plumbing for their excellent work and integrity. This company is very professional and honest. The gas company replaced my meter and then had somebody do an inspection. The inspector said there was a leak and that I needed to call a plumber. I called One Source and they came out and confirmed that there was not in fact a leak. They said that the valves were not properly shut and that's why it showed a leak. They could have taken advantage of me and lied and made a quick buck, but they were honest and informative. I will always use them for any future projects.

Experienced, prompt and reasonably priced.

We have been having issues with our tankless water heater and decided to call Herndon McFarland Plumbing to see if they could help. They came out and checked the water heater and told us they needed to flush it out for $200, but first needed to go get the supplies. They came beck TWO HOURS later, spent an hour flushing it and then told us we have to get it replaced. Trent gave us an estimate of 24-48 hrs to hear back from them to replace it, and its been 2 weeks. We never heard from them and our water heater is no longer producing any hot water. So now we are out of hot water and $200. Thanks Trent and Jarrett for wasting our time and money.

When my old toilet tank cracked and then broke flooding the bathroom and kitchen. I called a few plumbers. The one I scheduled with ended up with a bigger all day job and had to reschedule for the next day. I really needed to get a replacement and a new cutoff valve. The old valve was non functional and we had to turn off the water to our whole house.So I did a Google and Yelp search and submitted a job request on Yelp for LeFevers' Plumbing they replied within 10 minutes and their estimate was very fair and reasonable. The technician kept me informed of everything going on and after talking briefly about the new toilet I opted for one that was $50 extra. No surprises on the bill. The job was completed with the estimated as quoted plus the upgrade that I chose.We are very happy with the work they did. Thank you Mr. LeFever and Lee who worked so hard to get us taken care of.
