We used this plumbing service for the first time today, quite emergently for a large volume gas leak in our home and on our property. The Tribeca Master Plumber came quickly, and in short order, detected two potentially very hazardous gas leaks within our house, and rapidly repaired the problems. This was a same day job and very reasonably charged. I will use their services again for sure!

We called Reeves to install 2 toilets. They were on time to do the install and only charged the estimated amount even though it took longer than planned. We will definitely use them again.

We have some drainage issues with our sinks and Josh was able to resolve them easily. In addition, he fixed a toilet issue that was under warranty.He was polite, quick and neat. We really appreciated his service.

This company made major repairs in 2014 to my home in Mesquite, TX before I bought it. The Warranty was good for 2 years. Two months after moving in, we discovered that the toilet riser pipe in the master bath had separated from the sewer pipe; so no proper flushing. I had the paperwork from this company and called them. Chris came out and found the problem immediately, called me back the next day and told me that the owner was going to stand behind his work and that the repairs would be done for free in spite of the expired Warranty. This is a good Company and an honest owner. Bathroom is fixed and my wife is happy!... So am I... you can't get much better! Thank you! Anthony Collins.

The first hint not to use this company is the fact they are so reluctant to give you any sort of price range. I understand that you cannot give me an exact price, but I did describe the issue so I would think a price range is fair. I mean is it going to be a couple hundred or a couple thousand?? People do not just have a couple thousand laying around, so I would need to plan if it is going to be that high. Regardless of that, I still asked them to come by (shame on me).They got to my house and looked at where the problem is. They told me that the issue was my sprinkler system and they gave me 2 choices of how it can be fixed. 1. They could cap off the system to stop the leak but I would not be able to use my sprinkler; or 2. They could dig up both sides of my sidewalk and replace the piping which would take much longer. I do not use my sprinkler system and I wanted this to be completed soon, so I chose option 1. They said if I wanted to replace the pipe at a later time I could. They spent a couple hours doing the work, only to tell me that that didn't fix the issue and the pipe is still leaking. They could come back tomorrow and fix the actually issue but I would still have to pay for what they did today. So basically out of the 2 choices they gave me, the second choice is what would have actually fixed the problem and the first choice did nothing. I find it ridiculous that they would tell me what the issue is, give me options and then tell me that they really just spent time fixing nothing but it will cost me $250.A decent company would have apologized and then offered to fix the real problem not charging me for the nonsense that was done today. I will not be using this company in the future not will I be recommending it to any homeowners I know.The companies response to my review is appreciated but misguided. There was no miscommunication. Bottom line, they gave me 2 choices on how to fix my leak; I chose the one that was supposed to be the quickest. The company did the work, charged me but the leak was not fix. I was never told they didn't know where the leak was coming from; in fact I was told they knew where the leak was coming from and then given 2 options on how to fix it. I also did not stop them from completing their work. The work I chose to be done was completed and since the issue was not fixed I did not want them to start an entirely new job for what should have been fixed in the first place. The response by the company seems to be intended to save face in front of possible customers as opposed to resolving a current, and possible future, customers issues.

Darin Branch, ladies and gentlemen. I don't know if you can request certain people for service, and I'm sure the rest of the employees at pure plumbing are good, but I think I just dealt with the most competent and honest plumber I have ever met. The number is saved for all future plumbing needs. Fact. It's hard to find people you can trust, like a good mechanic, or a doctor, or an electrician. Thank goodness I found these guys! For this job and all future plumbing needs I might have! I had a backed up sewer drain and ended up having to hydro spray the entire line. A snake would have been a temp bandaid. The nasty solid grease chunks that came out blew my mind! At no point in the process did Darin try to oversell or upsell me on anything that he didn't think I should consider. He was polite, considerate when entering the house, and explained everything to this curious customer (I tend to ask a lot of questions through the whole process). We have cast iron and PVC under the house, and with any 60-year-old cast iron piping it will need to be replaced at some point. Guess who's going to do that for me? Holy Moly. To change a toilet is $750 plus a $99 trip charge. So $849 for a new toilet. Mr Rooter is the most expensive gig in town.

Had a gas leak on a Sunday. Joe came out the same day to inspect and give me a price. He was out the next morning to repair and took care of scheduling the inspection with the city until it was passed and the gas was back on. Price was very reasonable and he went above and beyond to explain the issue and help to get everything done as efficiently and least costly as possible. I would highly recommend!
