Jorge came out to perform our semi annual HVAC system maintenance. Communication from Walker air was great. We received a text the day before letting us know the two hour time frame. Then today we received a text confirming Jorge was on the way, a number to contact Jorge should we need it and a picture. Jorge was friendly, professional and made sure we knew what he was doing and gave us updates along the way. He did make some recommendations that were not required at this time but something to think about. He was not pushy, which I appreciate. Definitely 5 star service from Jorge and Walker air!

Josh was extremely professional, when He entered our home He ask detail questions so He could assess the problem, do to it being a call back from a previous visit. Josh took His time to find the problem, He assured me as the homeowner that the WH is working cause He’s getting hot water upstairs but it’s coming from the cold water line, this Helped us as we too knew the WH was not gone at the beginning of the problem, Josh informed us that He had found the problem and it should be resolved.
