The rep performed a consultation that was just what I needed. He was on time, professional, and a nice guy to boot.

RJ and Michael used their pipe camera to detect a blockage in our outdoor pipes that was causing bubbling in our toilets and sinks as well as an awful smell inside. They cleared the blockage and then found out we had a section of old cast iron pipe that was degrading and needed to be replaced with pvc. Overall, they were efficient and helpful as well as so polite and decent, hard working guys. Our fix happens to be expensive, but the guys were up front about costs no matter what path we ended up taking. Would highly recommend Metro flow plumbing and RJ and Michael.

Tribeca is a great company that you need to try. I called from the Houston area for service in the Dallas area. The company responded immediately. Very professional! Shout out to Jay who made time for us yesterday and today! These past 2 weeks have been extremely busy with the freezing temperatures in the Dallas area. I rent my house and I have a property management company that hired this plumbing company. They came to unclog my drain and one of the plumbers told me that I would be charged normally because he found a couple hair clips in my drain but he would make sure they did not charge me for this. I told him if I were to be charged I would just fix it myself as I cannot afford it right now. He assured me I would not be charged at all for this service. Afterwards they went on and billed the property management company extra for the particular service he told me I would not be charged for, which gave me a $95 bill. I called and spoke to a manager from the plumbing company to see if she could resolve this and she said she would call me back that day and never did. This company is very unprofessional and clearly lies to people when they feel like it doesn't matter. They never resolved this issue for me and their head technician who came that day lied straight to my face.

I called for help a couple of times and Tom Sheffield came out and took care of the problem quick and did a great job. He is such a great and honest person and doesn’t give you the run around. My air conditioner gave out in 105 degree weather. When I called Emmet was unable to make it out that evening but put me on the schedule for the next day at noon.Emmet arrived at my house on time, spoke to me about the symptoms I was seeing and got right to work. Emmet quickly identified the root causes of my problem, got my approval and fixed them. Because it's an old system and he can't guarantee how long the fix will last (related to the coolant filter-dryer not being in good shape anymore) he didn't charge me beyond the service call. The whole experience left me feeling relieved, not screwed which I was very worried about. Emmet was clean, knowledgeable and articulate. I'm happy to continue to do business with him and Dial One.

Everyone I encountered at this company was a pure delight to work with. It was scary to need extensive plumbing work but this team was courteous, prompt, CLEAN and very kind and respectful. The owner even came out when I had a question about a subsequent issue and scheduled the repair right away. They had to dig up an area of my patio and I was pleased with the way they matched my patio stone when they replaced it. They also did a great job protecting my shrubs and replanting them.
