Kevin and Darryl were great. My house is inherited and has some age to it. Unfortunately it wasn't maintained as well as could have been hoped. It needs quite a large amount of work. Kevin and Darryl have been a Godsend and are both very genuine people. I admit to being embarrassed about the state of my house put they both put me at ease with their great attitudes and personalities. They have helped me to take care of some minor repairs that couldn't be put off while at the same time giving me great recommendations and plans on how to move forward. Due to some financial restrictions I'm currently struggling under they even let me know that they have financing plans to help me when moving forward. I can't say enough about the honesty, integrity, and sincerity they have shown. Definitely continuing to count on Metroflow and Kevin and Darryl. I truly know they cared.

Tribeca came in with the best bid to upgrade our home gas system to provide more pressure to run a pool heater.We shopped around and they had the right attitude, best bid and the most responsive to questions.Our work involved supplying and installing gas regulators, adding hard pipe and fixing gas fittings that were bodged from a previous company.They got us through the gas inspection and handled all city permits and follow thought.They work fast, used overshoes in the house, left the work areas tidy and always tried to make sure we didn’t go without gas too long (which is important because we have little kids that need daily baths).Above all they’re really nice people and great to work with.

Just an fyi for everyone that this is a service that routes your call to random companies based on the zip code you enter. They will answer in the wee hours of the morning. I called to find out where my plumber was as I had heard nothing back 7 hours later and got a different company that they had none of my information from my call at 4am.

Angel and Jose came out and swapped our previous toilet for a new one, and Angel was helpful explaining the process to me.

Christi answered the phone. 3 times within the first minute she ran up my bill. All I wanted was my toilet fixed but, her entire focus was grabbing as much money as she could. I mentioned I own commercial and residential property throughout D/FW and thought I'd give these people a try. Typical scammers. Stay away!

I feel like I got scammed out of $39 dollars. They charge $39 to show up and give an estimate if you decide not to use their services.I have a small gas leak behind my stove as shown in the photo. I told the gentleman that I just needed that little brass piece replaced so I could call the gas company and have everything turned back on. He shows me an estimate of over $700 to replace the tiny little part, do an inspection, and spray some soapy water on it to test for a leak again. This is a 30 minute job max.I obviously said no, but now they get to keep my $39 bucks. Made me feel they estimated an outrageous price knowing I would either decline, and they would get to keep my $39 for not choosing to use their services, or they would make a killing if I accept the over priced services.

I had the best experience working with Nathaniel! He's very professional, respectful and extremely helpful!We have this pipe on our 3-in-1 sink that keeps breaking because of how it was set up historically. I had to call Nathaniel back three times. I was frustrated but Nathaniel showed up soon after I called and fixed my problem. He even covered my follow up fees with warranty!No need to go to others. Definitely recommend Peradventure!
