Came out to my home quickly after a plumbing emergency! Fred was my technician and he was very polite and did a great job fixing my sink.

He told us what day he would be back to complete the service and there was no delay. Everything he told us happened just as he said it would. Would recommend them to all my neighbors!

Patrick and Argjent came out on very short notice to fix a water leak in our master bathroom and were fantastic to work with. They were very knowledgeable and polite, and spent hours finding and fixing the source of our leak. The leak ended up being the builder’s fault, but they made sure I knew what was going on and that I had pictures of the entire process for warranty claims. These guys were great, and we highly recommend Mr. Rooter!

Alex and his crew were great. Alex took the time to explain the process and answer all our questions in a friendly, patient and professional manner. The work was done well and in the least invasive way possible....sparing our yard and sidewalk. We're very pleased.

Unfortunately, they only provide 4 hour windows for appointments, and only between 8a-5p during the week. They also claim to call you 30 minutes before a technician arrives, but both times it was about 15 minutes, and was also outside the 4 hour window.

Phantom Plumbing was outstanding. They came to fix a broken pipe in my home the same day I called. The service was speedy and professional. The price was fair, and they didn't leave until I was satisfied. They sent me an electronic invoice and I easily paid by credit card. I would definitely use them again.
