Came out within two hours of calling and unclogged our sewer line. Very professional and courteous. The price was higher than I'd have liked, but it comes with the territory when you use a big company like that, I suppose. I'd probably use them again.

Reeves Family Plumbing did an extensive repair job on my house sewer line and their work was very good. They showed up when they said they would and completed the job in two days. They kept me informed on the status of the work and I was very pleased with their work and the outcome.

After a roofing job which was good, a bathroom sink was plugged up. We tried varioua methods of opening the drain however nothing worked. We had used AAA Augur before had a few certificates and so went to the phone. Carla did a great job of fielding the call and within a short time Juan showed up. Went to the drain, quoted the price and I said ok. In short order the drain was opened. He cleaned up the area to spotless including the sink. We paid him; had good conversation with him as he worked and after. We appreciate a friendly experienced tech and an understanding company, particularly at my 89 years of age.Thanks AAA Augur. This is the best company I have ever worked with. Their workers were always on time, very courteous and professional and always treated our home like their own. They had to do a lot of digging up on our foundation in order to repair our sewer lines which were very broken up due to age. They did a great job putting plastic up to minimize the dust thru out our home. The wore plastic on their shoes and even laid down cloth on the floors so they wouldn't get scratched. They cleaned up every day when they were ready to leave. Made sure the holes in the floor were covered up with plywood so we wouldn't fall in, etc. Once they were finished with the job they were kind enough to wait until we had repaired the tile flooring in our bathroom before putting in our toilet. When the job was done they hauled off all the old pipes, and made sure everything was nice a tidy.I just can't say enough good about this company. I highly recommend them. They are trustworthy and professional.We will always use them when we have a plumbing issue.

Joseph said I had a drain pipe that needed repair in the front yard. The job was supposed to take 3 days. I paid half down, and the next day they dug a hole. It has since been a week of excuses, no shows, and unanswered calls/texts. I am left with a hole, a large section of grass that will be dead from the smothering, and now must find another plumber to complete the job. I'm out $1400 plus damages to my lawn.I have all the calls and texts to back my claims. BEWARE!

The problem wasn't even fixed and they charged more than the last time when they actually did fix it. They spent more time arranging their truck than working on the problem, so my father went out and helped. Very disappointed

Ryan McGinnis was super professional, answered all my questions about the existing work I called about and a couple other projects I was interested in. He made quick work of the leak under the cabinet replacing dated plumbing. Would highly recommend Ryan and Baker Brothers.

I was charged 460$ for the tech to walk in and out of my house for 3 hours and he still didn’t find the leak . You could hear the water running in the bathroom but he made some excuse about an empty house and an echo. I called in another plumber and it took this guy right at 30 minutes to find the leak in the bathroom where you could actually here it.Update! Here are pictures of your receipt. Texas slab leak repair did an amazing job at my house. They came out on time, gave me the best deal with a 2yr warranty and did a very clean job. While other plumbers where giving me outrageous prices on fixing a slab leak in the middle of my living room. Thanks again guys

I have had a terrible experience with Right Call. It is impossible to get a hold of someone. I have left several voicemails asking for help to solve the installation issue. They sized the new AC system incorrectly for my house. Originally it had a 3 ton unit and they replaced it with a 5 ton unit. The house is experiencing humidity issues and not all rooms cool equally now because the system doesn't stay on long enough for each cycle. I'm hoping they will call me back so I can discuss this. At this point, I may have to file a claim to recover all the money I spent so I can have my system replaced with a properly sized system.
