Very nice personnel, the two gentleman, took protective action since my daughter is fighting cancer. David checked out the plumbing problem and explained of another problem, and gave me a quote to fix problem. He was very nice and gave me Senior citizen discount. What I liked the most is, after David gave me a price, and I agreed they went right to work. The job was done quickly and I appreciated that. Thank you. After the Texas winter storm blackout fiasco, we were left without hot water. The general manager, Blake, saw my dilemma on social media and came to our rescue. He asked me questions about our current unit, and he said his firm could help us. It took a while to get our insurance adjuster out, but right after, I got in touch with Blake and he put us on the schedule then got back to me that they could do it the same day! The crew came, installed, and were very professional. We have hot water now! Thanks, Blake and Team!

I am so relieved that I have FINALLY found a plumbing company that I will NOT hesitate to use again. My Mom is not only 92 yoa but also a Korean War Vet. I have had to watch carefully to make sure she has not been taken advantage of. I have used other well known plumbing companies, two of which have TV commercials. The prices quoted by Reeves were significantly lower than other bids, the two gentlemen that installed were kind and professional (as was the woman that took my call). My problem was fixed within a short time, and I am still smiling about the professional job they did. KUDOS to Reeves!!!! My neighbor had AAA Auger come out to look at a water heater that AAA Auger installed less than a year and a half ago. The problem was a pressure release valve. They wanted to charge her over $300 plus parts but didn’t have the part with them. After taking a quick look, I took off the part in about 3 minutes, took it to Home Depot, bought another one and installed it in about 4 minutes. AAA Auger wanted to charge my elderly neighbor over $300 for about 7 minutes of work to a water heater they installed less than a year and a half ago. Would not recommend to anyone. I always say the two biggest ripoff companies are plumbers and mechanics. This proves I’m at least half right.

Our garbage disposal has been acting a little funny and finally on Saturday (about five hours before my in laws were to arrive for dinner) it stopped working completely. Water backed up into the sink- the whole nine yards. We have a home warranty, so naturally we called them first and their plumber said the soonest someone could come out would be Tuesday. Knowing we would be cooking and would need to use the kitchen sink, there was no way that would work. I called Mr. Rooter around 9:15am. Salvador arrived right around 10:00am. The issue was fixed and we were good to go by 10:40- less than an hour and half from the time I called!! I was floored. It was honestly one of the best experiences with a home service contractor that I’ve ever had.

Everyone working in the house was very nice and they they kept the house clean and completely fixed the leak. Calls were returned quickly and phone staff was friendly. Overall, they saved me a lot of money by finding the actual leak and getting it done before closing.BACKGROUND:We found Herndon McFarland Plumbing through our Home Insurance agency during a difficult home selling process. While our house was inspected a possibility of a leak was found. Our buyers hired another plumbing company who found a separation in the pipes in a part of our house and quoted us a huge amount to fix the leak. It took us another high priced plumber to tell us that a separation doesn't necessarily mean a leak but they quoted us $600 just to do an isolated leak test after already charging me a couple hundred dollars to snake the pipes and relook at the previous plumbers findings. I was very frustrated at that point.Our insurance company set us up with McFarland for the isolated testing and they did a very thorough job and found the true leak. Their quote to fix the leak (in a completely different place that the first plumber's guess -btw) was reasonable and they could finish the job when needed.A few days before they were to begin one of the owners called me to tell me that they couldn't get a permit because there was some kind of lien on our property from a previous owner. He had already talked to the appropriate people and told me who I needed to contact and how I could resolve the issue. He was understanding of my freaking out moment and encouraged me not to worry. Luckily, I was able to get everything worked out right away and the plumbers could still do the work on time and as planned.

I appreciate Joe's responsiveness and fair pricing. He even suggested a few changes that would help the plumbing be more sustainable. If you are looking for a knowledgeable and fair plumber, give these guys a call!

A friend I ask for repair advise recommend the company. He said he used them. He knew they folks, and was a family owned company. Honest people he said. I have to agree with my friend. Most times I get a plumber out. They want to send a camera in and try to tell me I have broke pipes. Its been 20 years now since the first time and the Pipes still work. These folk showed up on the time they said they would. fixed my drain issues. charged the fee they quoted, and did not try to sell me something I did not need. I may need to clean my pipes once a year or so but as long as it works i am not digging up under my house trying to fix it. They got my future business. I added the number to my phone.

I had used Flow Plumbing (Metroplex Leak.....) for a major foundation water leak in Feb of 2011 and were very pleased with their work. The next time we needed a plumber was July 2012 and in our mind the only one to call was Flow Plumbing. It did take a couple of business days to be able to come out as they were booked but they were worth the wait. Their price was fair, were very professional, speedy, and fixed the problem the first time. I would highly recommend them the next time you need a plumber.
