Two new outside Carrier Infinity AC units and three new Infinity thermostats -- the third controlling a previously installed Carrier AC/furnace. Wow, the difference in cooling and dehumidifying is remakable! Our home is much more comfortable now that the new components are installed. Especially surprising, the older AC/Furnace system works much better simply because of the new Carrier Infinity thermostat. They are always super responsive, honest and do excellent work. My whole family uses them for everything. When my AC broke they were able to help on the same day in the middle of the summer and just did the same with my water heater. I really like that they break everything down and always give several options. Definitely recommend!

We had a gas leak on our water heater pilot tube that needed immediate attention. We had severe storms pending and were afraid that we wouldn’t be able to get service until the next day. Milestone was as concerned as we were and sent Steve, who fixed the problem and educated us about methane gas and carbon monoxide detection. Reliable straight forward and honest HVAC companies are not as common as you might think. Craig listened to my requirements and was obviously very well experienced in the business of HVAC repairs and maintenance. He serviced my heating system which is more than 15 years old. No hard sell for a new system or unnecessary repairs. Great service, when the time comes for a complete new install I will be asking this company for an estimate.

Cody had to put some parts in my hot water heater did a very fine job he was the outstanding technician I enjoyed visiting with himI used Jacob Davidson and his helper they did a fantastic job locating and fixing my water leak.They ran all kind of test to be sure that the leaks were stopped before they left. Kendrick was so friendly and knowledgeable and fixed our issue. It was something that was installed wrong by Frymire when we bought the unit, and we felt like we shouldn’t have been charged but Kendrick went to bat for us and they discounted the service charge.
