I have 3 A/C units and 2 of them where giving me trouble. They where able to come out the same day and make the repairs. Super dependable, super professional, they did excellent work and will use them again whether is be for A/C concerns or plumbing issues. They are a 5 STAR outfit.

I have used this company a few times as I have had quite a few A/C and HVAC issues. Now I'm starting to think that these guys were the issue. However, I scheduled an appointment with Dallas Plumbing on 11/16 and a technician came out. He said that the DATS sensor in my HVAC was bad and needed to be replaced. He told me that the cost of replacement would be $383.00, which I paid. My appointment for replacement was to be 11/17 first thing in the morning. No one came.I called in the afternoon, figuring they got busy. Their answering service said that someone would call me back--they didn't. I called again and again over the next few days while my wife suffered the frigid temperature in my house. Every time, the answering service would tell me that they made a note and that a supervisor would call me back promptly--they didn't. One answering service agent said she'd call me back personally--she didn't. Although they acknowledged that there was supposed to be an appointment on 11/17, no one could provide any answers as to why no one showed up or provide any idea of when (if ever) they would come. Even to get a refund for the sensor I've never seen and will never receive, the call service could only tell me that a supervisor will call me shortly. I'm not holding my breath. In short... DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

They made a prompt appt, called when 30 min out, arrived in marked vehicle and clothing, quickly made repairs and educated me. My only concern was lack of mask, and when mentioned, he was unconcerned even though I'd had a worker at my house previously who has covid now. The lack of mask showed lack of concern for my safety and the worker. This alone means the co is willing to risk my health, that's not a great feeling. Now I need to quarantine another 2 wks because idk if he's been exposed and exposed me. Not cool

Once, on a routine job, I used them and got perfectly adequate results. Then, when I had them out to clear out a French drain, they did that well too but tore into my sprinkler system in the process. Aah, but keep reading; there's a happy ending.Fortunately, it was soon obvious that something was wrong, as there was no water pressure in the house, and, upon investigation, water was observed gushing out the end of that drain.They sent out a man(whose name, I'm afraid I've forgotten) to fix what I assumed was their mess. He found that the sprinkler installer had run a line straight through the French drain! They couldn't have missed it; they just didn't want to take the extra few minutes and few dollars to go under it! I thanked him and started turning my mind to getting it done right.Even more amazing than the sprinkler installer's miserable disservice was Drain Doctor's repesentativer's over-the-top excellent service! He said that he wanted to put the problem to bed once and for all, so, without charging extra, he went to the nearby box store, bought what he needed, and quickly repaired the sprinkler! It was downright unfair, but I let him proceed! Anyway, I wanted to give them credit, so here we are.

These guys were AMAZING! They are professional, efficient and extremely pleasant! When they arrived, my 8 month old was sleeping and they took special care to be as quiet as possible... which I so appreciated. They were able to fix our issue for $175 when somebody else recommended totally replacing for $3k. You are crazy to use anybody else!Kent and Brian were so nice! And Kent was especially great to chat with... he even made my baby boy smile a ton when he awoke from his nap.

Wilson replaced RUUD AC 5 years ago. Stopped cooling in May. Came out and put stop leak in it as said RUUD coils leak. We were not told this when we let them replace the unit 5 years ago OR we would have bought another brand.Just talked to Melissa.. she said will have tech out this afternoon for $99 and tech would tell us how much more to fix the RUUD AC as they do not honor Wilson's warranty. Tech in May said Steve Wilson is still in company.Declined...

Don't believe their free estimates. When they don't have work they will come out. When they have work, they will let you know you are out of your mind to ask for an estimate (would've been ok with you saying you are busy). I totally get that contractors are busy during these times, but when you accuse me of something that is so far from my character, I have to draw the line. The dude pretty much said i'm playing with contractors by asking for an estimate. The contractor said that he is making a lot of money with so many projects (after the winter storm) that he believes me asking him for an estimate is playing with contractors? I'm totally ok with you all never coming out to give me an estimate. No need to work with J National ever! When the work all dries up and some folks are looking for jobs to be done to their homes, I do hope this review will deter them away. That one contractor that called me is narcissistic. I won't name him, but i'm pretty sure most employees that work around him are aware of this as well.
