Terrible service. They tried to charge me for a “free estimate” on a water heater. I tried calling them to talk about it and they were so rude on the phone telling me it was my fault and they didn’t care and then even hung up on me when I was talking.

I moved into a new house (new to me) in July and have been having plumbing issues since the middle of September. It was to the point that we couldn't even use the bathrooms at all. I've had multiple other companies and plumbers here since it started, none of them doing the work to find the actual problem, all of them just treating symptoms and taking more and more of my money. I found DrainMaster through Mark Cantrell plumbing and I don't have enough nice words to say about either company. They listened to my history and did hours of work to figure out the problem. Problems that should have bee resolved by the remediation company when I bought my house, and every other plumbing company since. Ridge did the final snaking of my shower drain, the last of the issues, and I am so happy to have had a shower 2 days in a row and have faith that my problems are fixed. I also have plumbing companies I can rely on. Thank you!!!

I called in for service in the am, and they had me on the schedule for the same afternoon. I received a call from the service tech, Will H, that he was on his way, which was within the timeframe I was given. From the moment he arrived, he was very professional and kept me informed at all times of the status of my problem as well as what options I had. He also welcomed and answered any questions I had. Adam C, also arrived and was very professional, assessed our situation and status, and made certain that we were fully aware of everything being done and that we understood. Adam and Will were very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. I appreciate service professionals that show their customers that they are important to them. Great job by this team!

The first time I use this company was because I had actually called on them in a previous job and remember them being so nice. I also could not get my normal plumbing company (at the time) to come out as quickly as I needed them. Connie is extremely knowledgeable and has given me great tips and tricks to prevent pipes freezing, what to do when pipes burst, and preventing it from happening again. I’ve use this company time and time again and will continue to do so based on her expertise alone. But the work they do is also fantastic-the prices are fair, the employees are also on time, they clean up after themselves, and they get the job done. Extremely professional. Highly, highly recommend.

My washer was not draining and backing up. I called G-tech, and they were here the same day and were very nice/professional. They were able to find the problem, fix it, and cleaned up afterward. It has been working ever since. Would definitely call them again.

Our wAter heater was damaged by a flood and we had scheduled rotorooter to come out and replace but they rescheduled 3 different times because they didn’t have the right technician. We were without hot water for 2 weeks! I called Jason from water heaters plus. He talked to me on the phone for a good 1/2 hour explaining my electric box and why the kind of hot water heater I wanted would be dangerous. He sent Woody and Matt out the very next day and they moved my plumbing and electric upstairs and installed and new water heater in less than 3 hrs. They even installed a check valve in my sump pump. These guys are TOP SHELF! Great work, friendly informative techs and reasonable pricing! I wont ever call anyone else! Very Happy in Ashville…

John and Blake were very professional and polite. They came out to my house after hours actually after there company Christmas party. They were very clean and explained everything they were going to do and at the end of the work they explained again. I will be recommending thus company to anyone that is in need of plumbing of any kind.

Used Richard for a job. He was easy to get a hold of and he took care of it the day it was scheduled for. He was very accommodating and understanding of the hiccups we ran into when trying to schedule with our tenants. Will use him again in the future! No issues here!
