Reasonable, quick, professional and friendly! I had a half inch of water in my pan and needed a new water heater decently quick. Jason thoroughly educated me on the different types of heaters and also sent me information. Installer Jordan was super friendly and professional. Not only were they reasonable but they were able to schedule me quicker than anyone else. I highly recommend Water Heaters Plus!

From the moment I reached out until the job was completed, Jason was very responsive to my questions and gave me options to consider in whether to repair or replace my 7 year old gas hot water tank. Everything was quick, easy and painless. He had the best price of the companies I had quoted and within less than 48 hours, I had a new tank and hot water!
The gentleman who installed the tank (along with Jason) answered any questions I had as they were installing the tank. From the time they arrived to the time the tank was installed and they were leaving was a quick hour and 15 minutes. Within 30 minutes, my hot water was abundant.

Everything about my experience with this company and their service was without a doubt the best I’ve had. I’ve called many companies for repairs and/or installs and this tops them all. The quick service. The knowledge and expertise. The kindness, which often gets overlooked. Every aspect of their service was excellent. I truly recommend Jason and his team for any plumbing needs. Complete professional. Oh, and he fixed an issue in minutes that the other company (3 hours later) could not.

Excellent company. Phone interaction was great! A human answers the phone and is knowledgable about the product. Walks you through the options and recommends what is best, not what costs the most. Quoted price, set delivery time. Installer called on time and arrived on time. Woody was experienced, had a great sense of humor, was neat and was in and out of the house in just short of two hours. Essentially no mess. When he left you never would have known he was here except we had a new hot water tank. Price was exactly as quoted. This is the way business should be done. Highly recommend.

Water Heaters Plus was great from start to finish. Everyone was very professional and they gave me the best rate out of at least 4 other places. This included needing to perform some piping modifications due to how the previous owners installed the o e that went out. The technician was very personable and understanding of everything and performed an excellent job while on duty. Will definitely use them again when the time comes!

My water heater broke down and I contacted them online. They called me the next morning and installed a new water heater the same day. Woody did excellent work and was extremely friendly and professional. I was so impressed I had my aging sump pump replaced as well, which they did the next day. Highly recommended.

The exhaust on my water heater had become disconnected. I called Water Heaters Plus and they had a technician come out to check it within 3 hours. He was very helpful and identified another issue with the water heater while here. He was able to fix that as well and had the required part on hand.

Dave was willing to do this relatively simple repair for us(<$300) when others just wanted to sell us a whole new unit with install, warranties, etc. for $1500+ The current, albeit old unit was still in good shape and working order save for the burner thermo-coupler assembly. Jason was punctual, communicated clearly, and performed the repair in a timely manner with the expected successful result.

Pilot light kept going out. They came on a Friday evening so I would not have to go over the weekend without hot water. Very responsive and considerate. Highly recommend and will use again.

Very knowledgeable. This company was absolutely wonderful to work with. Jordan, Jason and Dave were very professional and friendly. I had a water heater that had failed while it was still under warranty. I was told by the manufacturer that I needed to take it back to Home Depot with its receipt. I do not have the skills or equipment to do this myself or the original receipt because the water heater was inherited when I bought the house. I called around to several companies before Water Heaters Plus and none were willing to help with a return and exchange. I told Jason my problem over the phone and to my surprise he said he would be able to return my water heater for me! Jordan got to my house at the scheduled time and did great work. He was efficient and friendly and got old water heater out and returned to Home Depot. He then installed my new water heater with a longer warranty. Afterwards he went over the operation and general safety practices for the new water heater. Everyone at Water Heaters Plus went above and beyond my expectations. I will be recommending this company to anyone that needs a new water heater or repair.

Our Hot Water Tank broke down. I called several local Delaware plumbers on a Sunday. Two companies called me back. Only @WaterHeatersPlus.cc was able to come out the next day on Monday for an estimate.

The owner Jason spent at least 25 mins on the phone on a Sunday evening talking to me about Hot Water Tanks vs Tankless water heaters. His response time, knowledge and honesty were refreshing. He provided the pros and cons for hot water tanks. Then he provided the pros and cons for Tankless water heaters.
He also explained the difference between each manufacturer (strength/weakness).
Once again the honesty was refreshing.

We needed hot water urgently but we also wanted to make a good long term decision about what heating technology would be best for our house.

The ROI for Tankless was fairly simple to understand.

As a note, the base prices for tankless water heaters are Actually LISTED on their website. @WaterHeatersPlus.cc prices were between 10% & 40% less expensive than other area plumbing companies that provided estimes to me.

Needed a water heater replacement and got several quotes. WHP was the most responsive and helpful in finding me a replacement at a reasonable price. Cost was 30-35% below the nearest competitors, with no surprises. They were able to schedule me within 2 days (non-emergency), and Jeff was on-time and got our large 75 gal. unit replaced in under 3 hours.

Our wAter heater was damaged by a flood and we had scheduled rotorooter to come out and replace but they rescheduled 3 different times because they didn’t have the right technician. We were without hot water for 2 weeks! I called Jason from water heaters plus. He talked to me on the phone for a good 1/2 hour explaining my electric box and why the kind of hot water heater I wanted would be dangerous. He sent Woody and Matt out the very next day and they moved my plumbing and electric upstairs and installed and new water heater in less than 3 hrs. They even installed a check valve in my sump pump. Our water heater broke right before a holiday weekend. Water Heaters Plus sent out a technician right away to get our water back on and to order a new tank. The new tank has been installed, and everything is working nicely.

After calling around pricing water heaters when ours blew up I stumbled upon this little gem of a company. Let me say I called rotor rooter first and they wanted nearly twice the money to install one and was very shady about who was going to do the install and their experience. After calling water heaters plus I was impressed by the knowledge and helpfulness of literally all of their staff. The manager who answered the phone patiently walked me through shutting my water of to the water heater and not the whole house preventing further damage until they arrived. I can’t thank them enough for that! The driver was a little bit late and he did call to let me know but I understand he was on another job and with the quality of service done he sure took his time at my place too and did not do a rush job. He walked me through everything that I needed to do to shut my water heater off in a emergency or when I’m on vacation. He set my temperature and went and made sure everything was working before he left. He was very clean and kept his work area organized and even offered to mop up the mess from the leak but I declined so he can get to his next job and provide them with fabulous service. I was really impressed with how he managed not to get any dirt on my white carpet. He made sure to put the old water heater in a bag so it wouldn’t leak and he wore covers over his shoes. I was worried about that and I didn’t even have to tell him. Thanks your super impressed customer for life Janet!

Jason and Bill both provided us with excellent service when our water heater unexpectedly stopped working. They were able to figure out the issue and install a new water heater the same day I called. They clearly explained the issue and related costs, and worked with us to make the process as smooth as possible. Jason even stayed on hold with the manufacturer for almost 3 hours to ensure we got our refund. I can’t recommend Water Heaters Plus enough!

Both the gentleman who explained our options for a water heater and the gentleman who installed the water heater were very professional and answered all the questions we had. Very pleasant dealing with both these men as well as the office person.

I called Water Heaters Plus to get a quote on a water heater because mine crapped out through the night and was leaking into my finished basement. They offered me a free site check and was able to get someone to my house that afternoon. The plumber (Jeff) showed up, on time, and quickly found that my problem wasn't my water heater at all. The leak was coming from a water line behind the water heater. He quoted a very fair price to repair (which I had him go ahead and do) and also informed me that my water heater was 27 years old and explained how they become worn out over time. I asked for a price to replace and he gave me a written quote. After he left, I called other companies and he was the lowest by quite a bit. Called them to confirm the price and even told them what the other companies quoted. They stood by their price and I am now the proud new owner of a shiny water heater. Jeff was the man. He fixed my leak for a great price and then came back and installed my new water heater (and even cleaned the area better than it was before) for a great price. Great guy, great service, and great price. I give them 5 out of 5.

My water heater went out on Wednesday night, I called Water Heaters Plus on Thursday morning and I had my water heater replaced by the time I got home from work that same day. My wife said they were excellent. Woody showed up and quoted our price (which was more than fair), explained exactly what he was going to do and then got work. Finished the job in 90 minutes, cleaned up his mess (and even some of mine), and we had hot water within the hour. My wife was ecstatic...and happy wife, happy life! Process was simple and painless and I highly recommend them to anyone.

Went to home depot last month and bought a water heater and my husband tried to install it himself thinking he is Mr fix it.... After 2 days of no hot water my husband gave in and decided to call a professional. I was afraid they would refuse use because of the mess my husband made. But to my surprise they worked with us and even cleaned up the water for me. I would recommend them to anyone.. The job was done perfect and all of the permits were filed! Great company!

My 11 year old conventional hot water heater was not keeping up with demand. After a lot of research decided to go with a tankless hot water heater. Got an estimate from Water Heaters Plus and went with them. Woody provided the initial estimate and explained what had to be done. He also did the installation. It was a professional install and relatively painless. All water was off for about 3 hours. Electrical had to be moved along with the gas line. Six hours after beginning we had hot water. If anyone is considering a tankless water heater I strongly recommend Water Heater Plus.

Lowes got them to bring out/install our new water heater due to our old water heater leaking. We couldn't immediately find the water main, the home owner thought the washing machine turn off was the main, but we called someone else who knew where it was. Guy wouldn't wait and left after about 5 minutes while we were calling older tenants. About ten minutes after he left I texted and told him we found the main and asked him to bring the water heater back. He said he already turned it in and was on to the next job. Closest lowes is 15 minutes away. Called the main office and got no answer. Next business day I called Lowes and they called the people and they said that they couldn't install it because of the water from the leaking water heater and other stuff in the way, so I went down to see if I was missing stuff. I was, so I understood that, but they couldn't install it because of leaking water. A water heater. Was told to call back once we had the water cleaned up, which we obviously couldn't do unless we turned off water to the whole house for who knows how many days. Money got returned two days later by Lowes, which just sent us into further confusion. My niece called them back today to see what had happened, and what we'd have to do to fix it. Apparently the guy who came out was taking pictures inside our house without our knowledge and sent them back to his office. I already felt cheated, since we paid almost 700 dollars to get this water heater delivered and installed and after a week we got our money back instead, but to find out he was taking pictures in our house without our knowledge is unforgivable. Now, instead of having the new water heater we already ordered, paid for and waited for, I get to go back to Lowes and order a new one and hope I don't end out feeling violated by the next group they send out, which I will beg not to be them.

Have to give them thumbs up, when they installed my tankless hot water heater in 2007 they did great. Loved the installers and love the system to this day! I used them again in 2010 for a leak which again they did great! In Sept 2018 I called to have them work on a leak in my bathtub. No one to answer phone when you call, had to leave a message. they did call back next day and scheduled an appt. Took a day off work to meet with their plumber who literally walked in my house, looked at the leak (tiny drip from faucet in tub) and said I will be right back. Walked back out to his truck and returned 5 minutes later to say you gotta call someone else, I'm not comfortable doing shower faucets. Then he said you can call and ask for someone else maybe but I'm not comfortable doing this. Now I'm off work for the day and back to shopping for a plumber.

Had the gentleman come out to our office to look at the water heater and give an estimate. He was nice enough--said he would email to me the estimate (This was Thursday). I asked if he knew when--he said either that evening or the following morning. Friday afternoon I called their office to see if he could send it over, make sure they had my correct email, phone, etc. A lady answered and said she would get a message to my person. By Tuesday I had still heard nothing and called again. Spoke to the same woman and told her I had still not received anything. She said she would get a message to him AGAIN. Heard nothing. I decided to call one more time. Same lady, same info--never even received a call back nor an email. I can't for the life of me understand a company that would send someone out---just to not have them follow through on the estimate - then ignore the customer this way. His name was Jason or Jared--and her name was Barb. I'm so disappointed....
