Steve Baumann came to my house to give me an estimate for rewiring my gas fireplace. I wanted my fireplace to turn on and off using a remote control because I was uncomfortable using the key and starting the pilot. Steve took the time to teach me how to start my fireplace. In fact, he gave me step by step instructions and stayed until I felt comfortable that I could do it on my own. I'm so thankful to Steve and I'm so thankful to God for putting Steve in my path. Christianity is alive & well.

Wasn't able to remove old faucet myself since it was over 20 years old. Called a few places on Saturday and Apex was the only one that answered right away and got me scheduled for early Monday morning. Justin, who did the work was great. Friendly and professional and explained everything. And after he was finished looked around and advised me on some of the other plumbing issues I will need to address in the future. Really nice guy who did good quality work. Happy with Apex in general.

I have used Drain Master for several jobs like unclogging mainline drains and installing water service line. Each time I call them, they're always on time and perform an excellent job. I was not always present when I call them to perform certain jobs, because I trust them to do a good job. I will recommend their services to anyone including my best friends and families.

It's never pleasant when your water heater dies. Everyone I worked with was a dream; Kyle (my installer) was especially pleasant and helpful. Give that boy a raise!

Jared F. responded quickly on a Saturday and worked hard on a serious sewer line clog at our home. Jared was there within a hour of calling Mr. Rooter. He was very kind. Jared made recommendations to us after resolving the issue to prevent reoccurring issues. My wife and I are very happy with the promptness and professionalism. And of course now we have a working bathroom!It was also nice when the manager, Jay, showed up to make sure everything was going smoothly. Jared was doing great but it was nice to see that our issue was important. I would recommend again.

We made an appointment to fix a bathtub faucet handle that had broken off. The two plumbers they said they did not have the part, would order it, and call us to set up an appointment once the part was received. Two weeks later, after not hearing from them, we called the office to inquire about the status and were were told it would be another two weeks for the part to arrive (1 month for a part????). Two weeks later, Benjamin Franklin Plumbing called us saying they had received the part, remember seeing it with your name on it, but can't find it anywhere. They' had to reorder it again. Finally, the part comes in and their fix was totally unacceptable. After waiting 1.5 months we now have one faucet handle that sits 1 inch higher than the other faucet handle. Won't pay them for this job! Won't call them again! Awful experience!

Gary, did a great job. He replaced a leak in the main shutoff valve in the house. And the dishwasher shut off valve. All under 2 hours. He made sure there wasn't any leaks before he left. Very pleasant, friendly and knowledgeable. All done way under the average price for this area.

Dave and the other technician (sorry, I forgot his name!) did an awesome job. They got here and promptly gave us cost estimates, giving us options. Once we decided they got to work and replaced our disposal. Once replaced they thoroughly tested and made sure there were no leaks. Overall the experience was great and they did a fantastic job. Very nice and did a great job explaining everything. Highly recommend!

I have had the fortunate (or unfortunate, LOL) of using this company multiple times in the past year. They are quick, reasonable, and do not cost me my first born. Jobs are always done well, and they are always very courteous. Will definitely be using them again (and, most likely will!).

Technician was timely, professional and explained all my options for repair or new installation. While the new drain pipe installation and sump pump installation has not happened yet, I feel comfortable the job will be completed in a satisfactory manner.
