Thank goodness for Gary and Al. I had three plumbing companies take one glance at my leak in my laundry room and quote me thousands of dollars for a repair that would have torn up my flooring and be major work. Gary and Al came and poked around to find out the source of the leak (the other guys didn't try looking around) and they found a condensate line leaking and all it needed was a simple fix to stop the leaking, no tearing up my floor. I'm so thankful for Gary and Al to take the time to find the problem rather than trying to sell me on a costly replacement of piping and other items that didn't need to be replaced, not to mention major work of tearing up my floor and forcing me to have to fix tile on my own.

PS. Don't use Apex plumbing, they will lie and say your water meter is running and try to sell you on major upgrades you don't need.

Gary did an amazing job repairing our outdoor faucet. His customer service was excellent! We called and he came out and fixed our faucet the same day! I will definitely call Gary again and I’m referring him to all of my friends!

Gary was punctual and professional. He ended up spending several hours at my home, and did not rush through any of the work. Gary kept me updated about the work being done and the work needing to be done. And — the total cost was affordable. -much cheaper than what the company sent out by my home warranty company wanted to charge. I am very pleased with the service and will absolutely recommend him to others.

I can’t say enough compliments about Gary and Discount Plumbing. I woke up and no hot water. My old tank had gone well past it’s prime. I thought perhaps it just needed repaired. Gary said he had two jobs ahead of me and would call when he was on his way. In the meantime another company came to estimate and said I needed a new Hot Water heater and gave me a sky high quote. Gary came over and not only did he replace the water heater, he replaced it same night for considerably less money than the other company. I might also add that it was in a very small closet sharing space with the furnace. He hadn’t expected that but didn’t raise the price at all. It was already late in the day but he got us up and running by 8:30 PM and we had plenty of hot water for showers by bedtime. He still had another call to go to! He cleaned up and took the old heater off our hands and the big box the new one came in. I’ve found my plumber for life!

Gary, did a great job. He replaced a leak in the main shutoff valve in the house. And the dishwasher shut off valve. All under 2 hours. He made sure there wasn't any leaks before he left. Very pleasant, friendly and knowledgeable. All done way under the average price for this area.

Gary showed up on time. I explained the issue I was having. We agreed on a price and he got to work. After he finished we both agreed I needed a new toilet. He said he would go to home depot buy the toilet and I would just reimburse him for it. Here is where Gary earned 2 stars. Time to pay. Me Gary how much was the toilet? Gary $250 me OK can I have the receipt? Gary I'm writing it up me I need the home depot receipt Gary starts to get upset and states he owns the receipt because he used his credit card and that he had lost it. I state if you wanna get paid for the toilet I need to see the receipt. He finally produces an E- receipt . Cost of toilet $160 plus tax. During his rant he claimed he bought a 6 month warranty. That was also a lie. As a small business owner my self I know how valuable this reviews are..,Gary, I normally tip $50 on a bill like yours . Your greed now has you looking like a lier for everyone to see.

Gary was very professional and punctual.. I already recommended him to another job for my Grandparents.. Come to find out he did their water heater the next day.. I am definitely using him on other jobs in my house.

I called Gary (owner) on a sat afternoon Memorial Day weekend. He was at a current job, but assured me he would drive across town to help me out when he was finished. He showed up by 6pm to my home and worked on a clogged pipe under my sink that was leaking everywhere . He was extremely professional and friendly . He fixed my issue and gave me some great advise. It's hard to find good plumbers and it's also hard to find available plumbers -- let alone Gary is both! Gary was able to start work immediately after the estimate/evaluation took place, which is unlike other larger companies such as EcoPlumbers -- and he was also a quarter of the cost. Gary was a pleasure to work with, and I would recommend him to anyone needing a plumber.

With parts, taxes, and the heater it came to $1141.00, and plumbers to help pick it up a city away and then carry it into our home for installation, they carried out the old heater after disconnecting it, then it took another quick trip to the store to pick-up more parts to reroute the pipes for the new heater, and then about an hour to install. It was an unusual job and an unusually large water heater. We had to go with a commercial size electric water heater to match our old one. The total time they spent from the moment he decided to go pick-up the heater to the point where the heater was cleaned up and installed was 4 hrs on a holiday. Labor for the emergency ran us up an additional $1720.00, but I believe it was a kindness given the emergency of the situation and our special needs household. Thank you again for your time and kind hearts.

Gary was prompt, polite, and friendly. He answered any and all questions. He also disconnected and reconnected a gas line and moved a stove so new flooring could be installed. Does excellent work.

I had an outside hose bib that was leaking. He put new faucet on and added a shut off valve so that faucet can be shut off in the winter or any other time I don’t want it on outside. Had another issue he suggested I get other estimate for as he felt someone else could do it for less since it wasn’t complicated and didn’t justify his rate.

Discount plumbing had a professional out the same day. They were also reasonably priced and they fixed the problem within an hour. Will defiantly use them again over some of the more expensive plumbers that just try to sell you on a big fixes so they can make money. A+++++ to Discount plumber.

My gas was shut off due to a code violation I called to have them come out to fix the problem they were able to do it the very next day bright and early and the price was nowhere near any of their competitors for any Plumbing issues I will definitely use them again
