Best Leaking Water Heater in Columbus OH

Really satisfied with the service Brandon provided cleaning out my sewer line. He was polite, kept me updated, was very knowledgeable and even helped me set up my next plumbing job I needed done. Highly recommend!

I called a week ahead to schedule a visit to assess a toilet that was intermittently running and replace the transparent hose under my kitchen sink (from the dishwasher) which was 10 years old and a little moldy inside. Scheduling the visit went well and I anticipated an uneventful visit from the Baumann company. Two workers were sent for some reason, but it did appear as if the young man was in training mode. The hose was repaired, as well as the toilet. The workers did leave to purchase a part for the toilet.
My concerns are that I was billed for the time they were away, I was charged with a service call fee which I knew nothing about, I did not receive the receipt for the items that were purchased although I was specifically billed for them, and he described problems on the service call sheet that I did not say to him on the phone.
When the work was done and I received the bill, I had one of the workers contact the owner. After expressing my concerns, Mr. Baumann told me flatly: You should have asked, when I mentioned the service call fee (his workers were present and we were on speaker phone). He made it clear that he did not care about my concerns. It was my problem...and I still have not received a receipt for items he billed me for.
When I initially called, I told Mr. Baumann I had 2 projects, one at home and one which was business related and that the second would depend on how the first was handle. I guess he forgot that...or didn't care. Needless to say, I won't use him again or refer him to others.

We were desperate to return to a hot water house! Went to Lowe's, set up a request for service right on the associate's phone & had a return call from rescue rooter by the time I got home. Rob came out immediately, fully discussed all my options, set up the tech appt, and we had hot water by 8PM. The install was efficient, clean, & thorough. Soooooo happy with everything about this service experience!!

Responsive and professional service. Brandon, after correcting our initial issue, inspected all of our plumbing, made suggestions and gave us price estimates. He then took care of all problems in an efficient manner. Bravo to Brandon!

Had the owner come out and assess the issue with my downspout and sump pump at the end of the week. The following Monday, members of his crew came out and quickly resolved all my and my wife's concerns. They are very reasonable priced, go out of their way to be helpful and informative, and were extremely professional and respectful to our home. Will definitely call again for plumbing needs.

I have tried every big-name company in the county, during the past 30 years of living in my aging U.A. home….for a laundry list of plumbing issues. I could go on and on about the disappointments and expenses I have encountered. FINALLY, after listening to the consistent and numerous recommendations from relatives and neighbors, I found the BEST, MOST RELIABLE, HONEST, AND FAIRLY PRICED COMPANY that I recommend to everyone I know and would NEVER think of using anyone other than OLD HILLIARD PLUMBING!

A recent, traumatic predicament captures the essence of their company. On the day the state-mandated the STAY AT HOME ORDER (except for essential services) I discovered water dripping from a newly installed basement ceiling, seeming to be coming from a newly constructed bathroom right above the water leak. Not only did I doubt that I could get anyone out here that very day, but became quite panicked about the damage happening to all of the brand new construction. The owner of Old Hilliard made sure one of her very best and experienced employees arrived here before nightfall. The problem turned out to NOT be a simple or easy issue. Nevertheless, no matter how short-handed or the level at which their schedule was packed…..they returned for THREE days to solve and remedy some major mistakes made by the construction crew!

I simply cannot say enough about the gratitude I have for this company, their owner, superior employees, and dedication to quality service.

Let me start by saying I couldn't find any reputable plumbing companies to show up for appointments or even return my calls even after having already talked to them. I'm talking multiple companies.
I hired G-Tech to install a backflow preventer (check valve)on my main sewer line to prevent future basement flooding from the city sewer line that had backed up into my basement 4 times in the last 2 years. Their pricing was extremely fair for the work involved and the 2 techs (Grant & Audie) arrived on time and worked tirelessly late into the night until the job was complete.
Their work involved jack hammering my basement floor open and digging down to access the main sewer line where they installed the check valve. They provided an overview of their work as the job progressed and after the job was complete they painstakingly cleaned all the surrounding areas so it was as clean as when they arrived.
The end result was much more than I expected. Their attention to detail and the cement finish work was beautiful. I would definitely recommend G-Tech to anyone looking for a reputable company that delivers exactly what they promise.

Excellent experience all around with an emergency water heater installation and additional water softener installation. Called several businesses, and Water Heaters Now responded quickly. We were provided with many affordable options and got scheduled for installation the next day. Angie in the office also offered to file our rebate with the utility company. Would highly recommend!
