Best Leaking Water Heater in Columbus OH

Joshua was transparent about pricing, came out on a holiday and installed 2 sump pumps after ours overloaded and stopped working during a massive storm. I think the price was a bit high…but it’s done and was done efficiently and effectively. Thanks Josh!

After satisfactorily working with Fritz Baumann & Sons to repair some wobbly toilets, I requested an estimate for a new hot water heater. The price was fair for the unit and the labor, and I scheduled them to come out and do the install the following week. Two days later the existing hot water heater died ahead of schedule and Fritz Baumann was able to speed up their timeline and get the new unit in the very same day--unfortunately, the building elevator was out of service and the FB team spent the next two days checking in with me on the phone to know if it had been fixe, and the moment it was, they came over and did the job. I was impressed by their responsiveness and their willingness to go the extra mile. Highly recommend this crew.

Great service and friendly staff.

We had a slow drain in our tub and lots of gurgling in the sink next to it. It wasn't an emergency but I did want to get the drain line cleared before it turned into one. I decided to try DrainMaster based on the great reviews. Tina came out this morning and did a great job. Not only did she do a thorough job, she was good with explaining what she did and offered advice on how to help keep the drain clear. I would definitely call DrainMaster again.

Kyle did a very nice job determining what was wrong with my sump pump and fixing the pump quickly.

Just had Grant and his business come do work for me. I had a leaking water line and couldn’t get ahold of any other plumbers that day. G-Tech plumbing was able to come out that same day and fix my leak. I’m very happy with the service and highly recommend their plumbing business.

Bad business. paid them to unclog main line, they broke it. they still charged is and gave estimate to repair their damage, we agreed and set appointment, they never showed and will not answer phone. We're out the money and still have a damaged line. Contacted the prosecutor's office and they said someone else had filed suit against this person the day before and ours will be held until the other case gets moving. I do not recommend!

Aaron Harast Tech # 5356 came out to help unclog our drain by our washing machine. He was very helpful with his information on letting us know about the warrant, coupons, and how well he preformed his job. He was also very friendly personable. Thank you!
