Best Leaking Faucet in Columbus OH

They unclogged the drain very quickly. They were here around one hour - part of the time just talking to us. The area was not cleaned up sufficiently. The charge was OUTRAGEOUS!!!! $350.?!?!?! for one hour's work!!!! I was totally shocked! Probably will NOT use Rotod Rooter again.

Had the main drain lines bottom burst, had the old cast piping replaced with new PVC, 2 toilets and a new bathroom floor to replace the one jackhammered out. The work done was great Mitch was actually my plumber he was knowledgable and good to work with, the only complaint I have is my front storm door now no longer closes properly.Update. So I thought everything was done nice and proper at the time it was done, couldn't have been more wrong, a few weeks later after doing a sink full of dishes I started to notice it draining slow, walked downstairs and seen water coming up through the shower drain, needless to say the lines that I was told to my face when I got home were cleaned out had not been touched, I know they weren't touched because there was still a silicone bead around the kitchen trap.Long overdue update- They fixed the issue by sending a tech out and getting everything done right within 24hrs

First off Rick advertises himself as a 24/7 service which is not true. He will come out and inspect the problem within 24 hours yes, but he’ll charge you a deposit, set up an appointment to come repair at a later date, then never show up or call. He never showed up the day he scheduled himself to come repair!! I’ve tried contacting him for the last three days and have yet to hear from him. His phone just keeps going directly to voicemail. He did email an invoice in which the math did not make sense or add up. He put on the invoice that I still owe him a deposit when I paid it the day he was here. The pictures reflect what he left my ceiling looking like when he ripped it away to get to the pipes that needed repaired. He is just extremely unprofessional and would not recommend him to anyone. Please steer clear!!!

Our main sump pump had failed and we was using a back up sump pump and it starting to have issues and the water was coming in pretty quickly into the tank. So I started looking online for a 24/7, since it was a Saturday night after 5:00 pm. I called and the operator said they they would have someone out there within an hour. I don't think it was even an hour. (more like 30 mins). Bobby came in and went to expect the issue and suggested what we needed and I approved the work order and he went to work. Within an hour and half he had everything working properly and I could go to bed knowing that I wouldn't have a flooded basement the next morning. I will recommend Roto Rooter anytime to anyone. The price is about what I thought I would have to pay based on other jobs when we had to replace the pump before. Keep you the great work Rooto Rooter.

Being a new home owner and having bought an old house I've had quite a few updates to make and this has to of been one of the easiest, painless & professional experiences with a company I have dealt with in a long time. We woke up to no hot water so to google we went to start a search and found Water Heaters Now! Within minutes we were able to send pictures and recieve a quote from Nate, who walked us threw the entire process and all our options. I was a little worried on if I could afford this right now and Nate was so reassuring. The next morning, right on time Aiden showed up and got right to work, very polite and explaining to me everystep. 2 hours from start to finish and we have hot water again less then 24 hours from discovering the tank was dead. And the quote was spot on! Truly it was Water Heaters Now! and I would 100% recommend them to anyone.

They did an excellent job of replacing my old cast iron drain lines. Very polite and professional. I recommend flush drains to all my friends and family.

Hader came earlier than expected which was excellent! He was quick to identify the problem that caused the leak. He showed me the cracked valve and replaced it. He worked quickly and tripled checked his work. Wonderful experience with the repair which almost made up for coming home from vacation to a flooded bathroom floor!

Richard completes and submits all the paperwork to the city so there is no hassle on your end. On top of that, we always get a great price for the service and some additional tips from Richard on how to maintain your irrigation / water systems. We have used them for the past two years and will continue to in the future!
