Best Frozen Pipe Repair in Columbus OH

We've used G&M a few times in the last couple of months and our experiences have been good. They came out to a home that we were selling in order to replace a few faucets. After realizing their work ethic and excellent prices, we decided to use them again at our new home for some sump pump work. The plumber was honest and didn't try to convince us into purchasing anything that we didn't really need. Again, they provided a repair in a timely manner and the cost was fair.

I called and made a appointment the other night , they gave me a scheduled window for the next day between 5 and 7pm , no problem. I called at 545pm just too make sure I was still on the schedule , I was told yes . Well needless to say 720pm came still heard nothing from the tech , so I called . Dispatcher said well they called you , and you didn't answer. Really, when I'm waiting for a call from the tech when his in route I'm pretty sure I'm going to answer, plus knowing I left work early just to make sure I'm home waiting , Then the Dispatcher wants to then say , oh we can get someone too you in a Hour , thanks but no thanks , that puts him here after 830pm and I get up at 430am. I'll find another company that is dependable and will truely call when in route and actually show up .. My opinion, but Roto Rooter may wanna roto rooter themselves because they appear to be full of , well you get the picture

Tom and Zach did an amazing job. Didn't waste anytime to fix an issue that 3 other individuals from this company just simply couldn't do. They were honest and able to tell me the issues at hand and didn't beat around the bush like the other techs did. Thank you Tom and Zach!!!! The only reason for 3 stars is because of the other techs and field supervisor that couldn't help. I'd give the techs on site today 5 out of 5.

DrainMaster has done repair work on a couple of my rentals. They are knowledgeable, customer oriented and have fair pricing. I will continue to call them for my rental needs.

I had been trying different products for 2 weeks to fix my kitchen sink drain...I finally called Mr.Rooter , as they had worked for me years ago andI was pleased in the past. They sent a young man named Cory J. and he ran a cable that cleared my drain ….I only wish I had called sooner. I was so impressed with his knowledge and speed to look over the situation , give me an estimate and get right to the process of fixing my drain. I will never let them fix a single thing in my house ever again!! Same problem different day!! We have already paid close to $400 and that was when the problem wasn’t that bad!! Now we are flooded in every room of the house that has water in it!! Kitchen,washroom and bathroom!! Once again we have to stay in a hotel for another week because they don’t even have an opening until next Monday!! 6 on your side is my next call!!

Their whole team is amazing! They all worked so hard at fixing our issue and now everything is working great! They were all so friendly and answered any questions I had. One of the gentleman even brought my trash up for me, just to be nice! Hearts of gold and very skilled people, can’t ask for better! :)

Gary was punctual and professional. He ended up spending several hours at my home, and did not rush through any of the work. Gary kept me updated about the work being done and the work needing to be done. And — the total cost was affordable. -much cheaper than what the company sent out by my home warranty company wanted to charge. I am very pleased with the service and will absolutely recommend him to others.

Mr. James Bond came out and worked on my disposal in my sink, he was amazing! With everything that was wrong with it he had the whole job done in about an hour! He was courtious and professional. It was an awesome experience and would recommend this company!
