Met Tony at Menards and he gave me a quote on a job i needed help with at a rental property. He told me he would be over to fix the issue the next day at 9am. Never showed. Never called. And never responded to any text. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!

We responded to an ad on Craigslist to see if Macon Plumbing could give us a good price on a hot water heater pick up and installation. Tony was able to help us the very next day and gave us a good price, picked up the hot water heater, installed it and got rid of our old tank. We saved $250 using him instead of the Lowe’s contractors. He was responsive, on time, fair priced, and very professional. It also gave us peace of mind that he was licensed and bonded. We would highly recommend this company! Thank you!

Don't waist your time!!!! CL scam!!! I contacted this plumber who said he would be out the next day and we agreed on a time. Plumber contact me and stated he is waiting on a tow truck and can't make it, I attempted to reschedule but then stated he will be out of town for at least week. Not dependable, no respect for my time, don't waste your time. Call a real professional.

Tony was fantastic! Same day service on my sump pump, and very reasonable. The communication via e-mail, phone and text was the best I have ever experienced with any contractor. Top notch.

Called around for the best price for unclogging a basement floor drain and getting rid of a gawd-awful smell coming from it. Macon was the lowest, so Tony came out the next day. He says he removed a hideous, unidentifiable object from the drain and the water flow is clear. I called him back five days later because the smell was still there. He advised we flush bleach down the drain. We poured four gallons of concentrated bleach down the drain over the next four days. However, 12 days after Tony was here, the smell is still there.
Price: $95.00.
Result: I'm calling Roto-Rooter later today to see what they can do.
