The technician, Joshua, was kind and professional. He determined after much testing and investigation that a soft clog I had in my drain stack had resolved on its own. He even adjusted a slow draining sink for no charge. What an absolute gem of a professional. I had been using another ECOlogical Plumbers company for years, but found their upselling tactics aggressive. That was not the case with RR who was responsive, professional, and no pressure. I’ll be using RR in the future.

We were having some flooding around our downspout drains and they were able to come out and clean them within a couple days. They were very friendly and very professional. They explained everything and answered all of our questions.

Based upon my photos was able to quote re-install rebuild of a waste drain following a basement foundation wall reconstruction. Followed through with an excellent solution. (Earlier another plumbing company charged significantly more for the simple act of disconnecting the drain.)

Brandyn was professional and communicative about the diagnosis and plan. Unrelated to the leak, he offered to use his air pump from his truck to help fill our van tire that had a puncture while he was here. Scheduling was easy, with quick response time. I called at 7am, and he was here by 10am.

The right technician, matters. Shout out to the wonderful guy that helped us out, David!

Billy and Chris arrived at my house with in the hour of my initial call. They came prepared with shoe covers and they were very pleasant and courteous. Very friendly. I was thankful to have the come out on Christmas Eve my bathroom sink had a small leak that ended up with water all over the place, when the shut off valve failed to work. I was very distraught so very close to Christmas. I was so very glad to see them. There price was fair and there work is very professional. I am much relieved, and very happy with the service.Many, many thanks to Billy and Chris on job well done!!!??

We have used them on two occasions. Both times the communication was better than I have ever experienced with a contractor. Both times they were prompt, quick and did quality work. Next time I need a plumber, I will be calling them for certain.

Had a pipe start leaking and water coming through my family room ceiling at 10:30 on a Saturday night. They showed up in about an hour and took care of the leak with minimal damage to the house.

David and his team are super professional, clearly are experts in their field and have an excellent digital portal that makes appts super easy. Highly recommend and look forward to more work with them in the future.

Gary showed up on time. I explained the issue I was having. We agreed on a price and he got to work. After he finished we both agreed I needed a new toilet. He said he would go to home depot buy the toilet and I would just reimburse him for it. Here is where Gary earned 2 stars. Time to pay. Me Gary how much was the toilet? Gary $250 me OK can I have the receipt? Gary I'm writing it up me I need the home depot receipt Gary starts to get upset and states he owns the receipt because he used his credit card and that he had lost it. I state if you wanna get paid for the toilet I need to see the receipt. He finally produces an E- receipt . Cost of toilet $160 plus tax. During his rant he claimed he bought a 6 month warranty. That was also a lie. As a small business owner my self I know how valuable this reviews are..,Gary, I normally tip $50 on a bill like yours . Your greed now has you looking like a lier for everyone to see.

G-Tech Plumbing has been an amazing experience to work with. I had just purchased a home, and needed multiple things updated and replaced. I had called to set up an appointment, and my technician Grant was here within a few hours of me calling! He was very helpful in providing me with multiple options to choose from (cheaper and more expensive ones) and brands that he recommends. He takes pride in his work, and only installs quality parts that will last. By the next day he had completed all of the plumbing work that I l needed, and I am very happy with the work that was done. G-Tech Plumbing exceeded my expectations, and I will use them again in the future!

Bath valve wouldn’t shut off continue to leak very hard

Dean is the man, he is friendly and he knows his stuff , even though my problem was something I would not wish on any home owner he put me at ease. He showed me the options of repairs without any pressure, he said he would be with me through the whole process. Now tell me who wouldn't want someone like Dean by your side like I said he is the man and I'm proud to have met him!!!
