I went downstairs to find our water heating leaking all over. I called Apex Plumbing & spoke with Lindsay. She was so nice & worked speedily to find someone who could help us. Within 40 mins we had a technician at our home. Rob Bruce was professional & got right to work. We appreciate the excellent customer service we received & are so appreciative of the super speedy response they were able to provide!!

I called them to come out about 2 months ago. I'm giving 2 stars for how fast they came out. However not even 2 months later and my lines were backed up again because they didn't send their snake completely down and clear out the problem fully, I ended up getting my own snake and clearing it out myself. So I'm out $300 for a job that wasn't complete. I definitely will not be using them again.

Shane did a great job with an emergency repair we needed for a move. He was polite and efficient. We appreciated his promptness and energy.

Technician Kalvante was professional and clearly explained the issue and what was needed to repair. He cleaned up the area afterwards and asked if I had questions. Would definitely use this company again, especially if all their service people are like him.

Really appreciated the honesty. Gunther showed up and identified the issue as being possibly rainwater related. Gave me some suggestions and said to reach out if anything changes. They didn’t waste time fixing things that didn’t need to be fixed. They also didn’t charge me for their opinion. That level of honesty is why I will use them the next time around and recommend their service to others.
