I had a tub that was not draining. I was having a tough day because my refrigerator went out too. The staff on the phone at Plumbing and Drains Professionals were so calm and professional on the phone. They were able to get me in the next day. The technician was very professional. Being a nurse and concern about infection control, he had his mask on and he had his shoe covers on which made me feel comfortable. I will definitely recommend their service.

Overall good experience. The team was responsive, professional, and caring. The only recommendation given to the team was to give a better heads up on how intrusive drying equipment is in terms of staying in the home.

Based upon my photos was able to quote re-install rebuild of a waste drain following a basement foundation wall reconstruction. Followed through with an excellent solution. (Earlier another plumbing company charged significantly more for the simple act of disconnecting the drain.)

Had my furnace repaired. Technician was very friendly and explained everything he was doing and what needed to be done to fix my furnace. Very pleased with service from the whole company.

My sink backed up I thought it was garbage disposal. But it ended up being a clogged drain. And one of the pipes under my sink had not been connected. And my repairman stated that after unclogging drain I should be fine. But I took option “B” and had him replace the pipe as well. He was very courteous and easily explained everything to me. He also cleaned up and was very cautious of my home.

Came out on short notice and did a great job. Cleaned out 2-drains and installed a new toilet. After they were gone there was no sign that they had even been there.

Kalvante Hughes, plumbing service technician, was very courteous, knowledgeable, honest, and professional. He diagnosed my plumbing problem in 5 minutes time. I had 4 other plumbing specialists at my house who could not figure out what my plumbing problem was and just wanted to replace all my pipes. I highly recommend Kalvante Hughes.

I had an appointment between 12-2 pm. i got called twice saying they were running behind. On the third call, they cancelled my appointment. They wasted my whole days for an appointment they never should have scheduled and I'm still left with a plumbing issue that needs immediate attention. I called and spoke to a manager who could have cared less. I would not recommend this company.

We have used them on two occasions. Both times the communication was better than I have ever experienced with a contractor. Both times they were prompt, quick and did quality work. Next time I need a plumber, I will be calling them for certain.

We made an appointment to fix a bathtub faucet handle that had broken off. The two plumbers they said they did not have the part, would order it, and call us to set up an appointment once the part was received. Two weeks later, after not hearing from them, we called the office to inquire about the status and were were told it would be another two weeks for the part to arrive (1 month for a part????). Two weeks later, Benjamin Franklin Plumbing called us saying they had received the part, remember seeing it with your name on it, but can't find it anywhere. They' had to reorder it again. Finally, the part comes in and their fix was totally unacceptable. After waiting 1.5 months we now have one faucet handle that sits 1 inch higher than the other faucet handle. Won't pay them for this job! Won't call them again! Awful experience!

Great company, reasonable pricing and the plumber was very friendly. They did some repairs on a water heater for me. They were on time did a great job and were very nice. Highly recommended using them for any plumbing needs.

Gary was punctual and professional. He ended up spending several hours at my home, and did not rush through any of the work. Gary kept me updated about the work being done and the work needing to be done. And — the total cost was affordable. -much cheaper than what the company sent out by my home warranty company wanted to charge. I am very pleased with the service and will absolutely recommend him to others.

From scheduling to services…I can’t speak highly enough about them. They were able to fit me in within a two day window. Anthony found the source of my leaks immediately and fixed all four of my issues within a two hour time frame. He was clean and respectful of my home and my space. And now I have a dry basement. Their rates are extremely reasonable too, which is great because plumbing rates vary so drastically. I will forever recommend their services and will use them again should I have any other plumbing issues arise.

My service tech was Daniel Driscoll. Daniel was very kind and respectful. He got right to work on solving my problem. He told me the options I had, which was a repair or a new install. He allowed me to make that decision without any pressure from him. Daniel acted in a very professional way, not lazy, hard-working. We had to have some major repair done on our plumbing system. We have a well and a water softener. They replaced our old plumbing system and made it more efficient! They were on time, made multiple return calls as needed because they were working around other contractors at the same time. Scott, in particular, always had a positive can-do attitude! He clearly knows what he's doing and gives a fair price!

The dispatcher repeatedly called me when I told her to schedule with my wife (and gave her my wife's number). The technicians were over an hour and twenty minutes late. Neither technician spoke English. They did not understand the problem, which was a broken drain flange in my shower. They thought the drain was clogged. Instead of replacing the flange, they tried to drill a hole through the old drain cover and flange to secure the cover, which I could have done myself. This will leave screws sticking up in the shower, and it does not fix the broken flange. I told them not to do that, and that the flange needed to be replaced. They finally admitted they did not have the part to fix it, even though I told the dispatcher exactly what the problem was before they came out. I even told her the size and style of the flange. The dispatcher called me to find out what was going on because she cannot understand her Technicians' broken English any better than me. I told her to send the guys home, and I will get a different plumber. They sat in my driveway for over an hour before leaving. This several-hour ordeal left us in worse shape than we began.

Kevin and his assoc were very professional price was great cleaned up afterwards the best in the game...Will definitely use them for no on..And they even priced the next project for me and price wad outta sight good to know there is still hard working honest businesses out here....

This company does a great job. They were so helpful and professional. They rerouted our drains after our basement flooded and another company refused. We have been very satisfied.
