I had a pipe burst in the early morning and it water was POURING into my basement. I was so distraught. Waterworks came out within 30 minutes and found the problem. Within 5 minutes Brandon fixed the issue right then and there. Brandon was very professional thorough. I do not know what I would’ve done without them!

Let me start with the good things first: They are polite, and responsive. They are quick to provide estimates. Their service calls are free.Now let me address the overarching negative: Their prices ARE ABSOLUTELY INSANE. I'm wiling to wager that brain surgeons are paid less on an hourly basis than what they're trying to charge.I am a landlord and needed a new gas control valve on a tenant's water heater. (This is roughly a $180 part, and it takes about 45 minutes to install.) I called these guys. As I said, the dispatcher was awesome. She said they'd get somebody out to look at the problem later that day. And indeed they did - right in the middle of the four-hour window that they quoted. I have no complaints up until this part.So then the tech called to discuss the repair and give me a quote. He wanted $914 to replace the gas valve. I didn't really know how to respond at first. But then I was like, You realize an entirely new water heater costs about $550, right? Why would I pay you $914 to replace a small part? Then he explained that they charge $2,200 to replace a water heater. (They must be out of their minds. I really hope nobody pays them this much, as at that rate, they're charging about $1,600 in labor for a pretty simple job that takes less than two hours to complete.)I told him that I really couldn't justify paying them $914 to replace a $175 part. He then countered by offering to let me obtain the part myself, and have them install it for $550. (Again, this is a very simple, 45-minute job. It entails draining the water tank, unplugging two wires, unthreading three gas lines, unscrewing the valve, and reversing the process. The longest part of the job is sitting and waiting on the tank to drain. You can watch a Youtube video on it if you don't believe me.) So that's roughly $730 an hour. Sounds like a GREAT deal, right?Anyway, I thanked the repair person for his time, and said I'd think about it. Ultimately, I thought they were crazy. I ordered the part on Amazon and did it myself this morning. As I said, it took 45 minutes, and I am NOT a skilled plumber. I'm just a regular guy who can't afford this company's predatory pricing.Edit: I uploaded pictures of the quotes, in case anybody thought the numbers I cited were a bit far-fetched. I know I would have.

Nathan was very professional. He was very thorough in his performance. I would in fact request him again. He is very polite and made sure the job was completely done. In fact, my wife was here while I was at work. He made her feel very comfortable and was very informative. My experience with drainmasters was exceeded all expectations. Russel and Ridge came to my house on a holiday weekend and snaked my clogged pipes. The price was good and the service was fast. They also took care of another issue and gave excellent advice for future projects. It's nice to have people with experience that are available around the clock. I very much recommend the drainmasters!!

We had a clog in our basement drain and Mr. Rooter was recommended to me. I called and was able to get scheduled within a reasonable amount of time. They fixed the problem and ensured everything was good before leaving. My only complaint was that they told me one time frame when scheduling and then the day of told me a different one.

Sterling replaced my existing 1/2” Id galvanized steel pipes with 3/8” and 1/4” plastic pipes and connectors. Claimed it was apples to apples exchange. I lost all my delivery and pressure. He never secured my outdoor spicket to my foundation, put one shut off in the wrong place and completely eliminated 2 other shut offs to my hot water tank. He removed my grounding line to my electrical panel box and never returned to hook it up. I called him for a year to get these issues resolved and he never answered my phone calls. Worst contractor and experience I ever had in my life.

We had our garbage disposal replaced and aftewards we heard a grinding noise. We talked to Tom at Plumbing One on the phone and he said it sounded like something was stuck in it. He suggested that we run ice cubes down it which we did and it cleared it up. Very professional and courteous!

Okay all, I can not recommend Old Hilliard Plumbing enough. Called and they were here within an hour. Super friendly and quick with repairs.

Just had Grant and his business come do work for me. I had a leaking water line and couldn’t get ahold of any other plumbers that day. G-Tech plumbing was able to come out that same day and fix my leak. I’m very happy with the service and highly recommend their plumbing business.

My exterior waterline home owners insurance dictates which contractors can be used for repairs. The first contactor that came obviously knew it would be a tough job and made so many excuses why the repair would need additional maintenance causing weeks of delay. My insurance finally sent A3aces. On his initial assessment, Adam knew exactly what was required, no challenges mattered. Three days later we have water.

I needed a utility sink installed in the basement near my workshop. Fortunately, there was roughed in plumbing for a bathroom. Mike, from Gunther Plumbing, was on time, professional, and had the sink installed in no time. The cost was quite reasonable. I will never use another plumber again.

We've used Calhoon plumbing twice within the last month or so. Both times DJ came out and completed the repairs. He was fast, courteous, and professional. We'll use them again.
