Mr. Rooter is fantastic! We had Bradley take care of us and he is extremely knowledgable. He took his time to explain to us why certain repairs needed to be done asap and we could tell he genuinely wanted to help us, not sell us something we didn't need. He even called us the next day to make sure everything was running smoothly. We will be going back to Mr. Rooter and requesting Bradley for every plumbing need we will have in the future!

Sterling replaced my existing 1/2” Id galvanized steel pipes with 3/8” and 1/4” plastic pipes and connectors. Claimed it was apples to apples exchange. I lost all my delivery and pressure. He never secured my outdoor spicket to my foundation, put one shut off in the wrong place and completely eliminated 2 other shut offs to my hot water tank. He removed my grounding line to my electrical panel box and never returned to hook it up. I called him for a year to get these issues resolved and he never answered my phone calls. Worst contractor and experience I ever had in my life.

Plumber one is by far provided my business with the best customer care. They came quick and help me with old equipment that needed overall repairs. Very satisfy.

From scheduling to services…I can’t speak highly enough about them. They were able to fit me in within a two day window. Anthony found the source of my leaks immediately and fixed all four of my issues within a two hour time frame. He was clean and respectful of my home and my space. And now I have a dry basement. Their rates are extremely reasonable too, which is great because plumbing rates vary so drastically. I will forever recommend their services and will use them again should I have any other plumbing issues arise.

I had called these guys out because my water bill was over $400 last month. I was panicking and didn’t know where to start. They had a Technician named Grant out here that same day! He diagnosed my problem and while it wasn’t the cheapest, I am very happy with the work that was done and how quickly they were able to get this done for me. They had to dig outside and fix my leaking pipe. Very pleased with how everything turned out and I will only call them in the future!

So let me start off by saying big name companies are usually not my first choice of places to call for jobs but after a very long long day of trying to get my main drain unclogged i just broke down an called Roto rooter the best decision ive made all day its 645pm and Brian Oliver and Chris Bogner shows up not even a hour after calling. they were great smiling just being positive made my stress level drop for sure they gave me advice an fixed my major clog price super fair really changed my prospective on bigger companies thank you both so much .....
