We had a couple of guys come out this past Monday I wish I could remember their names but I'm an old guy now, I wanted them to install this washer box with hammer arrestors in a difficult piping situation so they took it on, did a beautiful looking pipe routing but the valves on the box were bad resulting in a dreaching for the tech, after a change of clothes(pro tip) and some good humor, which I appreciated, he put in some nice valves he had in the truck. He also told me about hammer arrestors that attached to valves so I got some of those and put them on the back of the washer. All of this resulted in a very solid solution to the problem I was having. I appreciate those guys whose names I should be able to recall being professional and human. Will use again and recommend. My 7 year old water heater stopped heating and it started gushing water! I called Fritz Baumann & Sons and Brett patiently walked me through step by step of what I needed to do to stop it. He then asked for pictures of my current set up to see what he needed to help remedy the problem. I received a call a short while later saying he found all he needed and would be out that afternoon to replace my water heater and update my existing associated plumbing to new code. They were timely, neat, and very communicative. Its almost unheard of to get such quick service these days. I would definitely use this company again and would recommend them to anyone. It was also nice to learn that Fritz Baumann & Sons is family run and a 4th generation company.

Brian did an amazing job fixing a leaking pipe. He educated me in the plumbing of our house and communicated perfectly to me. He even showed me some future possibilities for remodeling questions I had. Brian went above and beyond and I can't wait to have him back.

Clogged toilet on a Sunday. Called Mr. Rooter they said between 3-5pm. Will showed up around 2:30pm. Very professional. Tried a couple things and each time he explained what he was going to do and the costs. Each time the thing he tried didn't work and he explained that there would be no charge for that attempt. He then removed the toilet and found that our remodeling contractor (we just had the bathroom done this summer) left the old wax ring on the toilet when he re-installed it on a new wax ring, thus causing the toilet to back up and other methods to fail when clearing it. Will re-installed the toilet with a new wax ring after removing the old ones. He cleaned up the area and left after being in our house for about 3 hours. And he had to hear us watching the Steelers game in the other room. Mr. Rooter is now our plumber! Will Huffman was great!!

Chris fielded my call as the service manager on for the weekend. He was kind, courteous and responsive. When his other service tech was going to be a few hours, he went out of his way to help me. As a single mom and business owner, having an emergency plumbing issue was something I needed dealt with in a timely manner - even if it was Saturday. Chris came out quickly, was knowledgeable, and he fixed the problem. He was professional and efficient. He set realistic expectations with me over the phone for timeframe and cost. I appreciated his open communication and overall caring demeanor. I will use this company again, and would recommend them without hesitation!

Great people and great service

I had a leaking shower in my house and decided to give these guys a call. They exceeded my expectations and do excellent work. I had an older style 2 handle shower faucet and they upgraded me to a more modern single handle faucet. I love it and would absolutely recommend this place. Awesome plumbers and amazing work!

I had Roto Rooter come out to fix a leaky shower head. They arrived the next day and were able to correct the issue. The tech took his time and spent more time than expected on the job due to corrosion inside the value, but got cleaned all that up and everything is working great now.

They replaced my 19 year old water heater with a Rheem water heater, Mike explained the features of the water heater and that I needed to drain it once a year so it will last longer. I would recommend this company for anyone needing plumbing services.

I had three bathroom faucets that leaked. I contacted Calhoun plumbing to have them repaired. My call was taken by a gentleman named Tommy. I explained to Tommy what the situation was and he asked if they were sinks or tub/kitchen. I explained that they were all delta bathroom sinks. I then asked what would they charge to repair them. He said they most likely would need washer replacement and it would be $59 per faucet. He said that John would be there 8.24.22 between 10 to 12. John showed and completed the job which took washers. John then proceeded to go to his truck to fill out the requisite bill. When he returned, he said it would be $357.07. I was totally surprised because Tommy gave a different price. I then called Tommy and referenced our call which he said he remembered. John then went to his truck and called Tommy who said he did not give me that price. I called Tommy back and he lied by saying he never gave me that price. I would never recommend this company. I called to talk to the owner and was told he was not in but would call me right back. I did not receive any call back from Mr. Calhoun.
