Roto-rooter got someone out in less than two hours after I called! They even waited in our driveway while I rushed back to meet them. Chad was helpful, professional, and able to diagnose the issue immediately. He fixed the problem, explained everything that needed to happen, cleaned up meticulously and even guaranteed his work. It’s so difficult to find good companies- we’ll certainly stick with roto-rooter in the future!

I had a stopped up drain. I waited a full day for a competitive plumbing company to show up and at the end of the day they finally called only to tell me they couldn't be there until two days later. I told them to forget it and called Roto Rooter and they had someone out in a few hours.

The first tech could not get the drain cleared but he left a quote and scheduled a more experienced tech to come the following day.

The second tech arrived at the promised time the following morning and looked at the quote i had received and kind of freaked out as he said it was over 50% on the low side. The work to be performed was to clear the drain and to install a new toilet. To the company's credit, they honored the low quote. The tech got the drain flowing and the toilet installed. Everything good.

Two days later ( a Sunday morning) the drain starting to flow very slowly. I called them and they had a third tech out there within a couple of hours. He was able to clear the drain and actually removed a large hair clog that must have just been loosened and pushed further down the drain. There was no charge for the third call

Six days later and all is good.

I highly recommend Drain Master! I have used them countless times over the past 8 or so years and I always have a good experience. Their prices are affordable and they are quick to respond to your call. They do a great job of explaining the plumbing problem and how they will fix it. 10/10 would recommend

MRC Plumbing did a GREAT job!!! The first tech that came out was unsure of my problem. I have well water & I know sometimes it takes a lot of diagnostics to find the problem. Of course it was a Friday & I was afraid I would go all weekend with no water. Without having water I was frustrated & upset. A team of 3 guys came out on Saturday & stayed all day to find & fix my problem. I REALLY appreciate all the hard work!! Thank you for being a company I can count on!!!!!
