Best Sewer Video Inspection in Columbus OH

This is a wonderful company. They have come out three different times for multiple different issues (icemaker line leaking, pressure tank leaking, upstairs water leak, install new water heater) and have done a great job each time. They were able to come out very quickly compared to other companies and their prices were more than fair. The plumber, Chad, was wonderful too. He was the best representative for the company that he could have been. I have had no issues with anything that they touched. I would recommend them a hundred times over to anyone.

Sump pump failed, called Roto Rooter since they originally installed it, technician came out reviewed it he issue called a manager who came out and said that everything was covered, they fixed the issue with the sump pump replaced the hot water tank and called the the clean up crew out, they disposed of the majority of the damaged items then cleaned and sanitized the basement came to my home daily to check the drying process and keep me updated on the process.Major issues like this they will be my first and only call.

Sled them to come out and fix a pipe leak and snake a drain. Pipe guys said they don’t snake drains so I had to call again to schedule another appointment. They have hybrid techs so if you don’t double/triple check, you may need to make two different appointments.

Spent over 30 grand with this company. They double charged and withdrew over 6,000 dollars the business day before Christmas. We already financed the work that was charged. I have called multiple times and the last time I called, they said there was no history of me speaking with a representative. Poor customer service and horrendously unproffesional. This is the largest clerical issue I have heard of without any signed agreement or auto draft consent. Update 12/29/2022: They called and tried to give me a 250 dollar gift card to take down this comment regarding them taking out money without any contract, consent, or just reason. There reasoning was a clerical error. This is wrong on so many levels. Happy New Year and I hope this does not happen to anyone else. Update 01/19/2023: We have not yet recieved a 250 dollar gift card as a courtesy. The money was not immediatley sent back to us as we responded 2 days before the issue was even addressed. We were told there was no history of us talking with a representative. It took a full week to recieve the funds back due to miscommunication and priorities with all the busted pipes in this region.

Dave quickly diagnosed the issue, and presented a solution. He was knowledgeable, extremely professional, and he did a great job. I’ll definitely hire Roto-Rooter again.

Tina took care of our problem very well. We were very satisfied with her work. And she cleaned up after herself very well. In fact she even discovered a problem another plumber had caused. She did say her supervisor would follow up with us concerning possible next steps and we have not heard back from him.

Jake was top notch and easily one of the nicest plumbers I've ever been around. Thanks for helping during my emergency!

I'd like to express my satisfaction with Mr. Rooter and its staff. I called on Monday morning related to a plumbing leak discovered on Sunday evening. Mr. Rooter was able to get a plumber to my house that morning. Juan arrived on time, was very friendly, and very informative. He made sure I understood what the problem was and the options available to fix the problem. He was able to fix the problem quickly and explained some tips to avoid issues in the future. No doubt, I would request to have Juan assigned to work at our house again.

It's so hard to find good, trustworthy service these days. Tom at Plumbing One is the best! He communicated with us about this arrival time, was knowledgeable and so kind! Never going anywhere else!

The plumbers were very kind and efficient with assessing and resolving issues with our shower and kitchen sink. We will DEFINITELY contact them again when the need arises.

Our experience was wonderful. We had a clog in our drain line which then caused a crack down the line. He explained the issue and mentioned what needed done to get our kitchen usable (about an hour). Then he went on to explain the two separate concerns that I could do myself. He was willing to quote me if I wanted him to do the work, but there was no pressure there if I wanted to then do it myself.

All in all there were three separate areas of concern and we had him address two of them. He completed the work in under two hours and went on his way. Great guy to work with and very satisfied customer.
