Needed new sink hooked up, called & the next day Chris came out put it all together. Nice man good with the puppy, cleaned up after himself gave us some advice for preventing water damage. Real happy with the work.👍☺

They redid plumbing in the entire master bathroom, rerouted pipes, installed double shower heads, rain showers, did new plumbing for the bathtub.
Everything was done at very reasonable price with water shot off just for few hours. Definitely will hire them again for future projects.

HVAC Solutions replaced a thermostat at my business and charged a small fortune. It took a week for them to order the right thermostat and install it. Two months later, the thermostat stopped working. When we called for a warranty replacement, the Service Manager said they will no longer service our business because things always break (isn't that what business you're in, to fix stuff?!?). When I asked to speak with the Service Manager, he was unavailable, and finally after threatening them with lawsuit, they sent a repair specialist. The repair specialist said a breaker was popped and to call an electrician.

The electrician said the breaker was fine. We called another HVAC repair company and they fixed everything HVAC Solutions could not repair.

If you're reading this and still debating on using HVAC Solutions -- DON'T! Save yourself the frustration and find another company. This company needs to find another Service Manager who will train a better staff and communicate with customers.

Rick came out on short notice (same day), in terrible weather, on a holiday weekend- and did exactly what we needed for exactly what was quoted. Quick, efficient, friendly- we will definitely save his card and number so we can call him again if needed.

My water heater pilot light went out and would not relight on Thursday night. John from B&L Plumbing came out Friday morning and was AWESOME. He wasn't able to repair the water heater (bad gas valve) but he tried everything possible and was extremely helpful. I ended up deciding to replace the heater over the weekend and he volunteered to come by and do it on Saturday. I'm extremely grateful and would definitely use B&L Plumbing (and request John) again. Highly recommend.

I was referred to this company by George Matty of Keystone Construction of the Rockies when my pressure valve broke and caused water damage. George is one of the most honest person's I know in business with high integrity so I knew any company he referred me to would be just as reputable. The owner (Tim) personally called me to let me know George had contacted him and that they would send someone out immediately so my family could have water again.Brian installed our pressure valve and he was awesome. He was very friendly and efficient. All of the employees I've had contact with either on the phone or in person were very professional and friendly.
