Jorge is person you want to hire to give your home some TLC! He came into our bathroom remodel after the previous contractors had made multiple mistakes, he listened to my concerns, and immediately recommended potential repairs and sprang into action. By the end of the day he had improved our bathroom many times over. The ultimate work that he did was well above the initial quote of installing a clawfoot tub with exposed telephone plumbing and he charged us very fairly for the work. I cannot recommend Jorge enough. He knows plumbing, takes the time to get the job done right the first time, and as an added bonus, he really understands remodeling so he is a great addition to most home projects.

Marion arrived on time. She was very thorough checking out the AC unit. After checking the outside fan, etc, my unit is going fine even though it’s old. Marion explained the procedure very well. I would definitely ask her back!

Chris and Aaron did a water heater swap for me today. In addition to the scheduled work they contacted my warranty provider and insisted on replacement of other components found to be faulty. They were on time, polite , prompt and efficient. Would and will recomend them for any plumbing needs.

Advantage Plumbing came out on an emergency basis at night when we had a back up. The rate was reasonable. The customer service was great. They unstopped the line and brought the camera out in a few days and ran the lines to our septic and found a dip in the line. We knew we had a slight dip but it had gotten worse. The probelm was close to our septic tank. They had the line dug up and repaired and all landscaping replaced in a very timely manner. You could not tell any work had been done.
I am so very impressed with the customer service. Sean and David and all the workers are great. They do not keep you waiting in an emergency. Thank you. They will definitely be the ones I call for any of my plumbing needs in the future.

Clint did a great job explaining the work, giving me options and the cost was reasonable. He cleaned up and tested everything out. I’m Quite satisfied - I will recommend Mr Rooter to my friends.

Rick B was so knowleadgeable and good at explaining what the issue was and how my system works, since i just bought the house and really didnt know it at all. I had been without heat for 5 days and after paying another company 100 dlls to tell me a fuse had blown, i was afraid nobody would actually have experience with a tankless water boiler. Rick was so patient at explaining, punctual, and just went the extra mIle to make sure i understood the problem. I plan to never call any other company and to stick with Rick if I need their assistance again. I am a very grateful customer.

Mark came out on short notice. My garbage disposal stopped working and was leaking water out into my cabinet and all over my floor. The pipes also stopped up. He replaced the disposal and cleared the pipes for us. Mark did a great job. He was punctual, quick, and the price was reasonable. We will definitely contact him again when needed.

Can’t keep appointment times and do not value anyones time. It has been almost 3 weeks since I asked for a quote. First guy to come out could give me a quote without the electrician’s estimate. 2 weeks pass and I call asking for the quote only to get told the electrician still needed to come. Electrician scheduled to come out yesterday at 0800. 0840 no call, no show so I call the office only to be told they had a meeting in the shop that ran long and he would be leaving soon but still take over 30 mins. I am not retired and can’t continue to take off work for an estimate but that seems to be lost on the company as you are only their time! Poor communication! Guess it is time to go with a different company.
