Best Video Sewer Inspection in Colorado Springs CO

I moved into a new home a week ago and found myself standing in water in my kitchen. I called every 24 hour plumber in town. Mark was quickly responsive and the only one who would come out overnight. He was forthcoming about cost, very professional and proactive about identifying the problem, showing me what he found, and fully resolving the problem. He took pictures along the way to show the progression and his findings. And he shared everything with me. Dwayne showed up at the agreed upon time and was very courteous and professional. He answered all of the questions I had (I asked a lot of questions) and explained the process to me, from start to finish.

Dwayne unblocked the drain line and also explained to me why the blockages happen. He checked the health of the pipe leading to the main line in the street, and I was able to view the entire process via camera from beginning to end.

I would recommend Drain Plumber Sewer Drain & Repair; I will use them again if I have any other drain issues in the future.

We had met the Owner of the Company twice when we had our home inspected also at our old place for a sewer issues. We had a plumbing issue over the weekend that a gentleman named Barry came out on Saturday. When he came out he basically did nothing physical to hep our situation and kept saying well aren't you gonna pay me which I wish we didn't. He would make comments his old lady was waiting for him. Oh we basically did all the work so he could back on Sunday to clean up. He did come back on Sunday only to complain about the company and his job. We do feel he broke a pipe on purpose and once again he didn't do anything physical and made a mess in my house. We had to call another plumbing company to actually to complete the job which is sad. I honestly wouldn't recommend Barry and if you do get him send him away.

They returned my inquiry promptly, showed up same day and did requested work. Also found a small crack in main sink waste line that I did not know about and came back next day to complete work. He cleaned up whole area wore shoe protection and was professional and helpful, asked if I had any questions about work performed.

Had a water leak, they were promt to fix the problem, and very polit and respectful. One of the best companies ive had the pleasure of dealing with!

Do NOT use this company. Dennis took me for about $2400. Supposedly they pumped out our septic tank in November for about $400. When it was inspected last week because we are selling the house, there was 18 inches of sludge at the bottom. Then for an additional $2,000 Dennis installed a new filter and a chlorine dispenser that was supposed to help clean out the leach lines. Later I learned that this has the exact opposite effect because it kills the bacteria that are needed. It is a total hoax! I'm a senior citizen and was severely taken advantage of. Now I am having to have the entire system redone at a huge expense.

I scheduled an appointment with Roto-Rooter to get a quote to have our sewer and laundry lines cleaned. Mike Shirey arrived and gave me a quote and explained our options to me. I agreed to the price and terms, and he got to work. After cleaning our sewer line, he got to work on the laundry line. After discovering it was badly clogged and corroded, he explained to us how it all works and what we need to replace in the future. He also discovered we had a leaky gas valve in between our washer and dryer, and quickly alerted us. We replaced it a few hours later. He then ran a scope through our sewer line, explaining any potential issues along the way. Mike is an asset to Roto-Rooter, and we will definitely be requesting him for future work. He was efficient, but didn't rush through the work, identifying issues along the way that impact our family's safety. Thank you for a great experience!
