I had a blocked drain and tried calling another popular plumber in town. They were booked and referred me to Doc’s. I called Doc’s and they were at my house in 30 minutes. I don’t remember the plumbers name but he did a great job and was very helpful and friendly. He even went as far as playing the “crazy uncle” role for me as my teenaged daughter brought home a new friend for me to meet, that happens to be a boy. It was quite funny and I appreciated the humor.
Great service and great prices! That’s for helping out in a real poopy situation! Doc’s will be my first call from now on!

Billy came to unclog an underground roof drain that was plugged with roots due to a crushed pipe. He cleared the drain line and repaired the pipe. Very professional, personable and at a very reasonable price.

This place is horrible they came because our bathtub is leaking and we asked them to fix the leak also clean out some drains all they did was clean the drains out and leave our Bath tub leaking and as we trusted them without doublechecking charged us almost $300 for something that they did not even fix on top of that they were speaking to someone that did not speak 100% English so they took a vantage of the situation and did not correct the problems that we hired them for and charges as if they did and as soon as I called their office to speak to a manager she yells at me and says we should have hired someone that spoke our language and if we wanted to fix our leak we need to still pay $150 to get it fixed this place is very disrespectful and discriminates on anyone that is not American this place is very rude and does a terrible job their customer service sucks and doesn’t deserve any business please take it from me if you don’t speak perfect English and don’t watch them throughout the whole process you will get scammed I can’t believe they took a vantage of my mother and didn’t fix our problem and now our water bill is over $200 I just got out of the hospital from surgery and come home to find out that nothing was fixed properly this company is terrible warning do not use this company I promise you you will regret it if I could give them zero stars or negative stars I would

I had considerable work in a home after a fire. The damage included the main service line, due to the age of the pipe. Every effort was made to work with a 75 year galvanized service line old curb stop valve, however no amount of diligence was going to salvage pipe of that age. Mr. Rooter did what had to be done to see the work through to completion. The Interior Installation included a new entry point into the home foundation. The final installation was a significant improvement from what the house originally had. It's as pretty an installation as I think you can get with pipes. Every member of the team was very accommodating and dedicated, and worked together to find solutions to some of the problems we found once we started working with the old installation. I highly recommend this group of professionals for any of your plumbing needs.

Scheduled a sewer line inspection prior to the purchase of a home and Mark accomplished it right away even with his busy schedule. He is definitely a hard worker and is available any time of day. What more could anyone ask for? Highly recommend him for your plumbing needs.

Dan was able to diagnose a problem that two other plumbers were unable to diagnose correctly. Thanks to him we were able to get the proper repairs done and not waste more money on opinions or unnecessary work that was not the actual problem. Dan and his team also did the repairs to the underground line and were so professional and did such a great job it looked better than brand new!

Hot water heater was out and Christian answered the call. Christian did a fantastic job! He was very professional and kept me updated throughout the entire process. Great work and great people.

Do NOT use this company. Dennis took me for about $2400. Supposedly they pumped out our septic tank in November for about $400. When it was inspected last week because we are selling the house, there was 18 inches of sludge at the bottom. Then for an additional $2,000 Dennis installed a new filter and a chlorine dispenser that was supposed to help clean out the leach lines. Later I learned that this has the exact opposite effect because it kills the bacteria that are needed. It is a total hoax! I'm a senior citizen and was severely taken advantage of. Now I am having to have the entire system redone at a huge expense.

We had quite a water leak in our basement that we could not find. Eric was able to get to our place quickly even after a major snow. He wasn't able to find the leak but was very helpful in recommending next steps and possible issues. We tore out drywall and found an old drain behind the walls that was the reason for leak. Jorge came the following week and sealed the drain for us. Both guys were very polite, informative and ended up solving our problem.

Nathan was amazing. His team was very communicative and came at a time that worked for me. They were able to diagnose bigger problems with our set up but also able to help us fix what was needed right away. Will definitely be using them in the future
